I’m in the UK and I’m surrounded by quite a lot of Trump haters in my work and in social life. Had I been American, I would’ve voted for Trump for his policies on freedom of speech and health and I like the team he has on his side. I was with some people I know quite well the other day and they were saying if they heard it anyone who likes Trump that would be the end of their relationship and these people are in their 50s! Funny, I’m listening on Wednesday…the day after. I decided during the last round of fakery and bs (in 2020) that I didn’t give a hoot about any of it because it doesn’t seem real to me so I have ignored this system since then. I really don’t care about the results and decided to see how long I could ‘stay in the dark’ about the ‘results’ we are told about this event. I made it till 11:59am when I read a text from a very upset and disappointed friend.
I’m surprised Jesus didn’t address that both sides have proclaimed their support of ongoing Jenny side. However, I do understand that it’s on all of us as a collective and individually to choose and be love always
Thank you Tina. It seems that getting yourself involved in things that force you to make a choice, this or that, is moving away from God. All these very human things all need us to decide, take a side, and all are deeply rooted in the ego, this is steak and lobster for the ego, its favorite right up there with arguing the validity of various religions. If one is going to feed the ego, at least do it with full awareness, don't trick yourself about it, see it for what it is. Having passion about a choice has nothing to do with being heart centered. Desire and the passion that drives it are of the ego. Is there someone here who can witness for you to God? What about that idea? Someone who will say to God, hey, let this person into haven, I know them to be of high character, never spoke bad about one of your children, never spoke gossip behind others backs who were not there to defend themselves, one who spoke only of your love and how it shapes our lives, one who showed kindness to the least of your children, yes God, this is a person of high regard, the kind we want here in haven. It matters not who the person is, we can all practice this and I never found anywhere that said God chooses sides, if anything God seems to choose those who don't choose sides, those who walk in peace and joy and love, no matter what is happening around them.
Here’s the thing, ALL of the positive. loving, caring non-ego traits that Jesus and Tina are espousing here are legitimately traits that Harris embraces and embodies. And the exact opposite is true of Trump; YES, indeed, he is a reflection of our inner being (as all of life is), and part of the ego game, but he also embraces those specific traits that Jesus/Tina is admonishing us against.
