I have been blown away by this amazing tutorial. I arrived here looking for help because access to my PhotoShop lens flare is not available. From what I have observed from your teaching, your flares are far more superior. Looking forward to trying this out and seeing more of your tutorials! Good job, sir!

You make a good point in your webinar, about errors becoming the thing we notice most. Might I therefore suggest that you examine the spelling on the lightbox on your desk in this tutorial; the second 's' is missing from 'subscribe'. Perhaps not the best impression to leave your viewers with, hmm?
On an unrelated note - none of the tutorials I have worked through, at least not so far, mention saving the work in progress. As many of your students are just starting out with Photoshop, a quick reminder about saving their work at key points could save a lot of heartache.
I'm really enjoying your project-based teaching approach, although I have found more than a couple of instances where you do something without informing your viewers. For instance: in the tutorial about changing out a background, at around 8:34 (roughly halfway through) you swap from using the Free Transform tool to the Path Selection tool without stating that you have done so, and the action is not mirrored at the base of the video as most of the other key strokes are. It took me several replays to work out what you had actually done, so that I could duplicate it.
One final point: for those of us running Photoshop on a PC, it would be immensely helpful if you flag when the action is different on a PC from that on a Mac. For instance, in the Orb tutorial you talk about duplicating the 'bird' layers by holding down 'Option' (Alt) while dragging; however, on a PC you have to hold Ctrl + Alt and THEN drag in order to duplicate with key board shortcuts.
Sorry if this comes across as a bit of a nag. The lessons are great.

Thanks and I appreciate the feedback. Good point on saving! I did do a video that extensively covers shortcuts and the differences between MAC and PC but will try to highlight differences in the course of training.

in this scene there are a lot of light sources, if you are adding a flare then we would have to add and tweak for each and every light source. otherwise it will be fake

When I add the lense flares to my document everything else that overlaps with it's black background in the image gets brighter, and not only a tiny bit. Sad.

Do you know the options for windows?
its the same (shif+option+S)? It appears Save As...

Shift + Alt + S is the Windows shortcut for screen blend mode. Make sure you're on the move tool with the layer selected. Check out the rest of PS shortcuts in this tutorial: ua-cam.com/video/r-K2vHkZ0WA/v-deo.html
