I have a doubt.. While purchasing a vehicle, You are stressing so much on white number plate and yellow number plate. Any vehicle if it comes on yellow number plate in a commercial segment, can't we change it to a vehicle with white number plate for private use? I have seen some vehicles of commercial segments converted to caravans with white number plate. Does it needs an extra penny to be invested? I do have a minimal knowledge and a bit confusion on this. Can you elaborate please.
