Great contribution, just some additional information from a long time owner for the W107 window switches; you have with and without internal lighting. The newer cheaper ones, come without internal lighting, it gives a nice touch in the dark when they are illuminated. Just make sure to verify that the ones you order come with interior light, costs only slightly more.
Hi - thanks fopr the info. Do you mean that some of the window switches come with interior lighting? If so, that's cool. I assume the lights would only be on when the headlights are on.....I will have to have a look and see if the ones I got light up. Mike
@@MikesMercsandothercars They come on with the rest of the instrument panel and center control lights. You can find the "lit" versions on eBay Germany for just a bit more.
Just checked and whilst the hazard switch is lit the window switches aren’t. ....I wonder whether lit switches was standard or an option? The ones I put in the car were referenced by the merc part number on the switch which came out the car. I’ll check out the lit ones and see if the pins look similar. Thanks again for the info. Mike

Thanks for your comment. No not that I am aware of. When you put on the hazards do all four lights blink or only 2 lights?First check that bulbs are ok, and then check the fuse RELLY carefully I had no end of problems until I swapped out all the fuses for copper tipped. What makes model and year is the car? Mike
