I don't get why there needs to be so much hostility between Anime watchers and mangareaders as though you couldn't do both.
The cause as to y I read manga is for 2 reasons mainly=>
1) To avoid spoilers. Can't be spoiled if you're caught up ^_^
2) Sadly most anime more often than don't live up to the source material or even end prematurely (Looking at you

@@knowcomment4525 One of the reasons I read manga is when I can't wait for the anime to catch up. Like with Dr. Stone, when I started watching it it was only on ep 2, and so I had to wait one week between episodes, but the manga was already WAY ahead, and so I was like fuckit imma read the manga and then watch the anime afterwards when it catches up. Did the same with Naruto. Manga was further ahead, read it and then marathoned the anime when it was done.

@@knowcomment4525 for me i prefer manga because for action series the battles all flow better without feeling fine forced or drag out, in supernatural and mysteries series they are a lot less censored and in general most series has better art styles compared to their adapted counterparts.
How ever for drama and romances, and other such series the animation and music all drive to make the series even better.

I never got the hate for fillers. It is just more anime in your life, plus it is exclusive content that weren't in the manga. You get more story, sometimes more character development and background. Win win.
@@PikaLink91 It's often not permanent character development though. That's why filler arcs are so skippable, anything that happens in them is no longer referenced once they go back to adapting the manga content.

The only reason I got into manga is because uh *sometimes the anime is trash* and the manga is pretty good. I've seen some people though that think they are on a different level of intelligence because they have the reading comprehension to read what's essentially an anime comic book and just completely dump on the anime. Then they are like "something bad happens to *this* character 😬"
I remember when the My Hero season 4 trailer came out. Oh boy the manga readers in that comment section. They just loved to ruin everyone's day with some spoilers.

Whenever I tell people I like anime, they always say there's no way blind people can like anime because they can only watch the Dub version, and they can't read the manga but the way I see it, there is no right or wrong way to enjoy anime, it's how you enjoy it
Preach brother. People be hating on dub watchers but for a lot of them it really is their only option to be able to watch anime comfortably or at all. In the end we're all still enjoying anime/manga so I don't get why everyone had to get so pissed off if you watch dub or don't read the manga. If we like the way we experience it then it shouldn't be an issue. Sadly many anime fans are too immature to respect people's choices or necessities

@@nicecoat5004 I use something called Voiceover on my iPhone, Androids have something have similar called TalkBack, computers have Jaws and NVDA, Macks also have Voiceover considering they're also made by Apple, Hp has narrator, even Ps4 and XBox have their own screen readers, although the Ps4 screenreader is kind of shitty, if you have any more questions don't be shy, but also don't be rude about it either, if anyone else in this comment section wants to know about how I type, please do your best to find this comment before talking to me, and please, don't be condescending, otherwise you will receive a condescending response in return.

"I can't read!" That is not where I thought this was going. But I really hate that I am associated with other manga readers that spoil stuff like that. Also when people tell other people "You not ready for next episode/chapter" "I know you just started the series but episode/chapter X is the greatest thing ever!" and all those comments pisses me off so much. I don't understand how so many people think that telling someone something is going to happen at a certain point that they aren't up to isn't a spoiler. Sure they aren't saying what is going to happen but the other person knows something is coming which is, to me, almost as bad as flat out spoiling stuff. I know those people are excited and trying to get the other person excited as well but the other persons reaction will be dulled because they are expecting it. At least that's how I say it.

Nah the manga and webtoon/manhwa English communities are pretty close to each other, kinda like the fgc. They all use the same sites (like r/manga, baka-updates, mangadex), and most scanaltion groups will translate manga, manhwa, and manhua (unless you're reading the official translations from Naver). The spoiling shit is still gunna happen I think sadly.
I honestly feel like this about Demon Slayer, I see video spoilers all over UA-cam and I REFUSE to read the manga
