It is like 'What the ..', right?, haha. I heard this song among the BABYMETAL's songs first too, and I like it now, but it was another song that got me hooked.😀 It was 'Headbangeeeeerrrrr', live at 'Legend 1997'. But next coming up, is 'Mirror Mirror', the lastest single from the new album available on 24th! I am going to get the new album on 23th. And I am going to the show in Yokohama on 1th April! (but 1th, the first day, only, again..) Thank you from Japan, 'Zumu zumu', haha.
I keep thinking someone should start at their newest video and work backwards in their catalog just to really have their mind blown. Kitsune dao!

Yeaaaah babymetal. This is one of the "shock" themes. Aside from Megitsune you should watch the lives performances only, they sound waayyyyyy better live. Recommendations (in this order): - Headbanger (live at legend 1997 (it is not from 1997, is just the year the main singer born)) - Rondo of nightmare Live in Budokan - Road of Resistance live in Japan - Catch me if you can live - Karate live at download - Distortion live at download - Megitsune (official video)
Welcome welcome welcome! Babymetal is my all time favorite band. I listen to them on a daily basis. Next songs I would suggest are Headbanger, Megitsune, Karate, Road of Resistance Live in Japan...pretty much anything on their discography. You'll find a wide variety of fusioned metal with other genres. It is entirely enjoyable.
Headbanger live and Catch me if you can live are two good choices. One of my favourite is BXMXC the official video. Many choice for this great band 🤟 tx for the react 🖐️
Welcome to the Foxhole. The catchy yet metal music hopefully will draw you in for more Babymetal reactions. The bands fans will provide all the info you might require about them and everyones very welcome. Babymetal is best viewed live so I'll just recommend "Headbanger" Live legend 1997 and "Road of Resistance" live in Japan. Kitsunes Up
I´m not a metal head, but I do like BabyMetal. Great choreography, dancing, Su´s voice, the band, the show.. pure fun.. and quite a range of genres mixed in there.. from soft ballades to death metal, progressive rock and Cute Metal :) Usually harmonic, what I like, be sure to check out live versions, you will get enough input from the hard core fans here.
Welcome to the amazing world of BabyMetal. They are sooooo good. I suggest you react to their song Headbanger live at their legend of 1997 concert. Enjoy the BabyMetal ride!! 🖤🔥🖤🔥🖤🔥
Welcome to the Foxhole. as has been said in other comments first time hearing them you are kinda stunlocked. But definitely check out Headbanger Live at Legend 1997 (from the same concert as the Gimme Choclate video). This was on Su-Metals (lead singer) 16th Birthday. Also they are one of those bands that are better live, their crowd control and participation is unbelievable. hope to see many more reactions moving foward. #notacult #onlythefoxgodknows
Good first reaction and welcome to the BABYMETAL Foxhole.🦊 BABYMETAL are like nothing you will have seen or heard before. They are Su-metal (lead vocalist) and Moametal (backing vocals, harmonies but mainly in charge of dance, leading the audience, getting everybody involved and joining in). The third original member, Yuimetal, sadly left the band in October 2018 having been absent from the stage for the previous 12 months. She had ongoing (and undisclosed) health issues. Su and Moa have continued as a duo since then, supported by 3 dancers (the Avengers) dancing in the third spot (it has been the same one, Momoko, since 2020 - they are teasing the reveal of a new third member in April - it may well be her). BABYMETAL started in 2010 as a sub-unit of a school themed J-Pop Idol group called Sakura Gakuin. As members of that group they would sing songs and dance, the sub-units (like after school clubs) would also have their own themed songs (tennis, cooking, science etc). BABYMETAL were the heavy music club and they were formed around Su-metal's extraordinary vocal talents and stage presence - she was still only 12 but their producer, Kobametal, had seen her a year or two before singing with her previous Jpop trio and was so impressed that he was inspired to create some sort of Metal-pop fusion if he could work with her and have her front the band. In 2013 Su would be 15 and would graduate from Sakura Gakuin (having the school theme it was for girls aged 10 to 15), but it was decided that BABYMETAL should be her vehicle as she furthered her career as a vocalist and should separate from the Idol group to go with her as an independent band in their own right. BABYMETAL have gone on to become one of the very best live bands on the planet (and have won international awards to prove that is not just my opinion). Their big arena shows are spectacular, but they put on great shows every time, even in smaller venues and festivals as they tour the world where they can't always have all the special effects and flames etc too. They are supported in live shows by the Kami Band - some of Japan's very best session musicians, each one of them a world class instrumentalist. They were phased in gradually from October 2012, BABYMETAL had started with little or no extra budget so they sang to a backing track at the start and when they started doing their own small shows the guys in skeleton suits (Babybones - they were in this video) would pretend to play the instruments. The Kami Band played at a couple of festivals and the encores in some shows. 'Gimme Chocolate' was filmed at the Legend 1997 concert (Su-metal's 16th birthday party) in December 2013, this was the last big show where the Babybones appeared and the Kami Band played only the encores. The Kami Band became the full time support for all live shows at the start of 2014 and have been with BABYMETAL ever since - but only for live shows, they do not record the studio versions. They have about 60 songs now, every one of them is different. They have songs in virtually every metal genre but will mix in other musical styles and genres with the metal. Some songs lean towards their pop roots others are just good hard metal and they do everything in between - so if you don't like one song try another, the chances are you'll love it. 'Gimme Chocolate' is one of the songs that really can go either way, some love it, some hate it ... they have deep songs and other fun songs, none of them quite like 'Gimme Chocolate'. You already have some good suggestions for more reactions, we will have a load more to follow on from those.
Baby Metal has the best Live Shows i have ever seen. But there is also Lovebites, They are the best Metal Band worldwide. At least not to forget Band Maid and many other good Bands from Japan. This Country brings so much Energetic Bands with mostly uplifting Lyrics.
BabyMetal generates shock and nonpluses with most first time listeners. Regrettably, your dulled sensibilities precluded your appreciation-- you giggle throughout like children at a puppet show. The reality is that the musicianship, composition, vocals, choreography, show production are absolutely top shelf professionally and creatively. Awesome and unique band. Go ahead. It's ok to like them.
BabyMetal began in 2010 there were Suzuka age 12 Moa Kikuchi and Yui Mizuno (who left in 2018 due to health reasons). Both Moa and Yui were only 10 when the group began. All three were friends and classmates who attended an idol school (Sakura Gakuin) founded in 2010 by Amuse Talent Agency for girls 10 to 15. Themed around school life the girls would learn and train to be idols and graduate at age 15 to move onto whatever entertainment path they chose. Kei Kobayashi was a music producer for Amuse and heard Suzuka sing at age 9 and was impressed with her strong vocals and stage presence. Kobayashi was a fan of heavy metal but believed that the genre had become stale and tired (especially in Japan) with metal bands getting old Kobayashi believed the genre needed to be reborn (BabyMetal means the birth of a new metal genre). Kobayashi felt that Suzuka had the ability to front a metal band and that her vocals and presence could withstand the metal guitars and drums. The fusion of Jpop and Metal began. He placed Moa and Yui as backup singers/dancers and a phenomenon was about to result. At first Amuse showed no interest and the girls had only financing from Kobayashi. They performed at strip malls and small venues using clothes borrowed from friends and family. No money for a real band they had friends dressed in homemade skeleton costumes pretending to play instruments to a backtrack. They became a sensation (these young ladies paid their dues) and Amuse saw the potential and in 2012 hired the best session musicians Japan had to offer (The Kami Band) who tours with them today (now includes world class musicians from the USA for tours outside of Asia). Suggest reacting to BabyMetal LIVE as this is where they shine. They have over 50 LIVE songs/performances and each one is different. They are fearless exploring many genres and have the respect of the legends of Metal such as Metallica, Slipknot, Rob Zombie, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Judas Priest and more. Suggest reacting to these for a start. Karate LIVE at 2016 Download Festival in the UK where 60,000+ British metal heads sing along with the girls. Road of Resistance LIVE in Japan Megitsune LIVE Catch Me If You Can LIVE with Kami Band intro Good luck and hope to see you again.
Babymetal is a dad joke. (KOBA) Babymetal is nearly identical in Katakana to Heavy Metal. BeBi MeTaRu - HeBi MeTaRu. The only difference between He and Be is a small accent mark. " like that. I saw a cool Japanese English pun yesterday. 2D Girl is needy girl because 2 is ni. It was in Internet Yamero. That video is LSD. Sequel to the hit song Internet Overdose.
Their 4th Album drops Friday!! "The Other One" Their last Album, "Metal Galaxy" debuted in the USA at #1 on Billboard's "Top Rock Album" chart back in 2019 and #13 overall in the "Hot 200" album chart. So you have just lachted onto one of the Biggest International Metal groups in its Prime!! Enjoy the Ride!! Oh, and you may want to think of them as a 'Performance Art' group more so than a traditional 'Band'!! Will help with the whole itchy head and reduce the inflation caused by the whole W T F factor!! LoL!! More Babymetal and as always.... Put your Kitsune UP!! Po!
Thanks for this reaction. Basically nobody expects Babymetal, they combine Japanese Pop (and this is where the dancing comes from) and Metal. And yes, they were kids when they started. they were just 10, 10 and 12. The girls are the center of Babymetal. A jack of all trades (tour manager, producer, etc.) who used to work with bands at an entertainment company was told: bands aren't important anymore (at that time in Japan they weren't many in the mainstream or charts, rock and metal were in decline, etc.) was asked to work in the kids division of the company. Circumstances and management of the company allowed him to start this strange amalgamation of J-Pop and metal, but they didn't give him any funding other than using some of the resources they already needed (like some studio time) for the bigger J-Pop group Babymetal started in. So it was a hobby project that basically became very successful. Babymetal blends genres like most people eat dinner aka like it's nothing. If you watch/react to more you'll see what I mean. 🙂
They started when they were very young! In their first video (Doki Doki Morning), they were 12, 12, and 14 years old...hence BabyMetal. My favorite video of theirs is Papaya ft F. Hero, which is one of their most recent ones. They are crazy popular and routinely sell out stadiums and have collaborated with other American metal artists.
Fyi, Babymetal is not because they started young. It's a play on word in Japanese. It's almost written the same as "heavymetal", and also sound almost the same. Also means _"new kind_ of metal".
@Paul Pope The band's name is a combination of "baby" (ベビー, bebī) and "heavy metal" (ヘビーメタル, hebī metaru), and the Japanese pronunciation rhymes with "heavy metal" Babymetal loves to use puns based on the transliteration of Japanese words into English sounds.
Welcome to the Babymetal universe! The next music videos I'd recommend you watching are Megitsune, Road of Resistance, Karate & Pa Pa Ya! Make sure to watch the official music videos from their channel and watch them in that order. That will cover Babymetal's career from 2013 to 2019 and is still just a tiny taste of what they have to offer!
Welcome to the Foxhole. It's called the Foxhole because BM's patron deity is the Fox God. Babymetal is a double pun. In Japanese it sounds and is written almost exactly the same as "Heavymetal" and I think the youth reference is also no coincidence, although that is always denied. I'm glad you enjoyed "Gimme Chocolate". It's often the introduction to BM because of the number of views it has so it comes up first in searches. The song went viral back in 2014. It's about liking chocolate, so not very deep, and is one of their most gimmicky songs with its obvious blending of J-pop and metal. They are performing to a recorded backing track and the "band" is just miming, but later on in the concert their live backing band, called The Kami Band, joins them on stage to signify their transformation from a J-pop idol group to a full on headlining metal act. The concert was Legend 1997 and was to mark Su's (the lead singer) 16th birthday. Babymetal were formed in 2010 by a producer at the Amuse talent agency called Kei Kobayashi as a subgroup of the school themed J-pop idol group Sakura Gakuin. He had heard Suzuka Nakamoto singing with the short lived group "Karen Girl's" and thought that her voice would work well singing metal. So when she joined Sakura Gakuin he put his plan into action and paired her with Moa Kikuchi and Yui Mizuno. They were so successful that in 2013 they got their own fantastic live backing band, "The Kami Band" and were spun off and have become a metal group that can fill major international stadiums. FYI this video was made in late 2013, so Su is 16 and Moa and Yui are 14. Next you should listen to some classic performances like "Road of Resistance Live in Japan" or "Headbanger Legend 1997" or their latest performance "Monochrome - First Take".
Why they named themselves BABYMETAL and why there couldnt be a better name? Look at this: heavymetal = ヘビーメタル babymetal = ベビーメタル Also, "baby" stands for "newborn". Since no one ever did in metal what they do, musically as well as in live shows, "newborn metal" is quite fitting. It was them who gave metal in Japan new life - and brought Japanese metal to the attention of the rest of the world. "baby" also can mean "cute" and "adorable". "cute metal" is what they do. What they invented. Yes, they also have been very young when they started, 12 and 11, but they are now in their mid-twenties and still use that name.
🤘🦊🤘 They are kind of known for their diversity and different sounds/genre blends (and the live performances of course). Looking forward to the next Babymetal song 👍
I always love watching first time Babymetal reactions, expecially if it's Gimme Chocolate: you were sooo confused during the song 🤣🤣🤣 This MV become viral in 2014, and that's how I discovered them :D
Watch your smile when Su begins to sing, watch it. THAT’S ME eight years ago, I had the same expression on my face, when Yui and Moa split and run to the sides of the stage… woah! That’s a huge crowd! This is no obscure underground idol group, this a serious production. I never escaped the Fox hole 😂
Most common words when reacting to BABYMETAL: phenomenal, epic, performance, stage presence, crowd control, voice and dance. WTF, dude, and bro do not apply.
Nice reaction, thanks and welcome to BABYMETAL. Don't worry no one was expecting something like this when they first started in 2010 except for Kobametal, their producer and the man who came out with the idea of mixing heavy metal with J-pop. It was so crazy that their company let him try but without much enthusiasm or a proper budget. Long story short, they easily sell out arena size stadiums in Japan and are a sensation overseas. And this is a very special moment for BABYMETAL since they returned recently from a hiatus and their next album "The Other ONE" is coming out tomorrow (Friday at 0:00 JST so still Thursday here in the west). Enjoy your BABYMETAL journey and remember: always expect the unexpected and prepare to be surprised. Att this point, here is a good way to continue: "Headbanger" (Live at Legend 1997): ua-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/v-deo.html Until next time!
REAL men listen to BABYMETAL! 100% fact! ..... GREAT FIRST REACTION! 🤘🦊🤘Thank you for giving BABYMETAL a chance. BABYMETAL have performed with, toured with, or opened for Metallica, Korn, Dragonforce, Guns N' Roses, Lady Gaga, Rob Halford of Judas Priest (there's a great youtube video of their performance with Rob at a metal award show), and Red Hot Chili Peppers (there is a youtube video of them performing Gimme Chocolate with RHCP, as well as with Korn, and DragonForce), to name a few of many. They have performed at large metal events/concerts in front of 65,000+ skeptical metalheads in Europe (Glastonbury, Download, Sonisphere, etc), US, and Asia. Plus the 20+ awards they have been given. They have 50+ songs and each one is different from the other, so I hope you give the other songs a try. By the way, they have some really great heavy songs too, and I hope you like guitar solos, as well as bass and drum solos, like I do, because they have them too.🤘🦊🤘
Your facial expression is typical of seeing BabyMetal for the first time. Metal? POP? kids? choreography? Skeleton musician? insane crowd? mosh pit? WTH!😂 Thanks for your great reaction. Please react to BabyMetal - KARATE (live UK Download 2016)
Iam late tothe party. Yui team here ❤❤❤ Thank you so much for the audio quality, the output is very clear and crisp and LOUD on my high resistance headphones, that's what we're expected in audio quality level when listening to the original babymetal songs, we are the one always listening to them in almost maximum volume so the audio quality is very important to us. And your reaction is lovely too, thank you again ❤
I recommend Rondo of Nightmare Mischiefs of Metal Gods at Budokan Live ( Black Night) Su-Metal was just 16 that now legendary performance. More recent performances like Metal Kingdom Live, Devine Attack-Shingeki, and Monochrome are also recommend. Along with some great collaborations as well such as with Bring Me The Horizon with Kingslayer. Arch Ememy's Allisa White-Gluz with Distortion and DragonForce with Road To Resistance. Giveme Chocolate is what they are most famous for but is far far from the best of what this incredible band has to offer. New album drops in 3 days BTW!! This being their 4th Album to date & already looking like a masterpiece in the making. Babymetal is celebrating their 13th anniversary technically which is shocking. Once people discover they were just 12 when they debuted at SummerSonc. So you have definitely come at the right time here. Recommend also checking out LoveBites, Nemophila, Band-Maid & Fate Gear!! 🤘💕🦊
One of the best songs to start with and welcome in the Foxhole! I`ve seen them in Hamburg and it was just great as all of the Audience was just crazy as well. Got a little dissapointed that Avatar was just the pre-Band for the US Tour but that`s ok as I was just happy to get that concert on beginning of the Corona-Times. BabyMetal is Kawaii-Metal BUT I have a suggestion for you Mate @meaningfullyvacant ! Try also "Hanabie" wich is a all girl Kawaii-Core! Band (and much harder) from Japan and I would suggest you start with something sweet as well @ "We Love Sweets" = you will LOVE it!
Gimme Chocolate:- Old school Thrash Metal. Combinations of Metallica "Fight Fire With Fire" and Slayer "Raining Blood". Heaviest, Brutal song about Chocolate. React to the song on late night show with Stephen Colbert. Old school metalheads can appreciate the metal, younger audience can appreciate the J Pop with a very catchy chorus. Gimme Chocolate!!:- "Gimme Chocolate!!" (ギミチョコ!!, Gimi Choko!!) is a song by the Japanese heavy metal band Babymetal from their self-titled debut album. Though it was not released as a single in Japan, the song became an international success, with its music video gaining over 143 million views on UA-cam. Later, it was released via earMusic in the United Kingdom on May 31, 2015 as a digital single. "GIMME CHOCOLATE!!" Single by Babymetal. •Album: Babymetal. •Language: Japanese English. •Released: May 31, 2015 (UK). •Recorded: 2013. •Genre: J-pop, heavy metal, kawaii metal. •Length: 3:52. •Label: earMusic. •Composer: Takeshi Ueda. •Lyricist: Mk-metal, Kxbxmetal. •Producer: Kobametal, Ueda (arrangement). Babymetal singles chronology:- •"Road of Resistance" (2015) . •"Gimme Chocolate!" (2015). •"Karate": (2016). Background and released:- The song premiered on December 21, 2013 at the Makuhari Messe Event Hall, nearly coinciding with Nakamoto's sixteenth birthday. The song was first released in Japan as part of the band's debut album Babymetal on February 26, 2014, with a live music clip of the premiere uploaded to UA-cam the day before, on February 25, 2014. The song received a release in the United Kingdom as a digital single. The band you saw are called "BABYBONES" and not a real band, they are actors mimicking playing the instruments over a backing track. BABYMETAL Live band are called KamiBand:- The KamiBand are the instrumentalists (or backing band) in BABYMETAL - Each member is a "god (Kami) of music" summoned by The Fox God stage by stage. They wore white robes and painted corpse face to resemble the dead spirit. All the Kamis have their own jobs and side-projects in addition to BABYMETAL. Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🤘🤘🇯🇵🇸🇬#notacult.
Tip: Babymetal has a seriously hardcore fanbase and reacting to them will drive views to your channel (those Japanese fandoms are very dedicated), especially because their latest studio album in four years just dropped. From a 'Western' perspective, Road of Resistance live in Japan (ua-cam.com/video/zTEYUFgLveY/v-deo.html) is the one which converted me (old school metalhead) from, 'yeah, this is kinda interesting' to, 'okay, that was fantastic, also I HAVE to go to one of their live shows because their crowd interaction / control is second to none I've seen (I'd say on par or possibly even better than Rammstein)' - so I now have tickets for their next tour. With Headbanger Live @ Legend 1997 Apocalypse (ua-cam.com/video/YjjWZpf_jSs/v-deo.html) being another good option in terms of getting your head around what their thing is. In terms of non-live stuff, I'd say Karate is their best music video (ua-cam.com/video/GvD3CHA48pA/v-deo.html) They are absolutely a divisive group amongst western metalheads, people either love them or hate them. However (not that band opinions should necessarily sway people) but a few gems I've come across: "They roll harder than you" - Rob Zombie "How can you not be entertained watching that?" - Korn "We saw them in 2013 at a festival, and we were astounded by their awesomeness" - Metallica They've performed with, toured with, or opened for Metallica, Korn, Dragonforce, Rob Halford, Sabaton, Bring Me The Horizon, Guns N' Roses and Red Hot Chili Peppers. So... regardless of what some metal fans think, they've won hearts and minds amongst the metal community (when they were touring with the Chili Peppers, Chad Kroeger made a point of bringing a birthday cake out on stage for the lead singer's birthday).
After checking out "Hanabie" (as I wrote in my last comment) you should try the collab with BMTH on the song "Kingslayer" as well.......so hard and awesome!
Most wonderful live band hardly anyone seems to know - courtesy of Amuse probably and their litigousness and lack of promotion outside of Japan - (they're not a gimmick btw - been going for over 10yrs now) do keep reacting to them :D No two tracks are the same - they use multiple genres with metal and are a constant surprise. Gimme Choc. is not really the best intro to them but if you survive it there's some great stuff ahead
Hiii !! cool video!! This is a MV with live footage, but live is tottaly diferent, if you want to, react to "Road of Resistance live in Japan" and you can understand more about what makes special Babymetal. Greetings from Mexico!! /o/
Please check the drumm cover of "Through the fire and flames by Dragonforce" from Junna. Another crazy japanese girl that killed this song. It's A M A Z I N G
Nice reaction. You learned a lot today. But it seems not much about the actual song. The song starts off with Yuimetal and Moametal making what is the sounds kids make for guns in Japan. Which means they're not asking for chocolate. They're demanding it. In a kids friendly kawaii sort of way. When they get the chocolate they hold off eating it because they're worrying about gaining weight. Later when you see how much calories they burn during a show. That should have never been a concern. But like all kids they eat the chocolate and then become so happy about it. You can hear them say come on in English because Babymetal likes to share their happiness with the audience. They get so happy about it they trumpet about. Letting everybody know. You can see this in the dance routine and hear it reflected in the music. Babymetal performs at a very high level no matter the size of the crowd or where they are. Its their policy to do the best they can. Everytime. Enjoy the journey through the foxhole and into the Babymetal galaxy of music.
I had the same reaction as u wtf I shouldn’t like this I don’t care for pop stuff but I like listening to them. The live stuff is amazing. Rob Zombie put it best “leave it to Japan to make death metal cute”. But that they were awesome in concert.
Man, that's not a great song to start with imo, but that's just me :) Road to Resistance would be my choice it's more 'normal' and the live version is wonderful. If you wanna hear their progress Divine Attack or First Take Monochrome would be my recommendation
its confusing how good it is right. i have a feeling thats what your face was telling me. And i was once there. All their other songs even better. cheers from canada :)
Babymetal the inventors of kawaii (cute) metal, a concept nobody has done before and nobody was able to replicate to the extend they did. Jake already gave you a lot of background info, so here is my suggestion for your next song (and down the foxhole you go): “Headbanger “ live at the same show Legend 1997. Kitsune up! 🤘🔥🦊
Babymetal It is one of the largest audiovisual spectacle in the world.
"Welcome to FOXHOLE"

Live BabyMetal is best BabyMetal 🔥🦊🔥
You gotta check out Road of resistance!! ❤
Babymetal Tales of the Destinies live A great Progressiv Metal Song
It is like 'What the ..', right?, haha. I heard this song among the BABYMETAL's songs first too, and I like it now, but it was another song that got me hooked.😀 It was 'Headbangeeeeerrrrr', live at 'Legend 1997'.
But next coming up, is 'Mirror Mirror', the lastest single from the new album available on 24th! I am going to get the new album on 23th. And I am going to the show in Yokohama on 1th April! (but 1th, the first day, only, again..)
Thank you from Japan, 'Zumu zumu', haha.
It one gets better from here!
Recommendations (in this order):
- Headbanger (live at legend 1997 (it is not from 1997, is just the year the main singer born))
- Rondo of nightmare Live in Budokan
- Road of Resistance live in Japan
- Catch me if you can live
- Karate live at download
- Distortion live at download
- Megitsune (official video)
Totally agree with this list
@@bandoupthebung I would just specify that Karate has to be Download 2016, because the 2018 version skips some seconds!
Added to my BM1st list.
Welcome to the Foxhole.

Welcome to the amazing world of BabyMetal. They are sooooo good. I suggest you react to their song Headbanger live at their legend of 1997 concert. Enjoy the BabyMetal ride!! 🖤🔥🖤🔥🖤🔥
You are in for a trip.

Road of Resistance LIVE in Japan
Megitsune LIVE
Catch Me If You Can LIVE with Kami Band intro
Good luck and hope to see you again.
"The Other One"
Their last Album, "Metal Galaxy" debuted in the USA at #1 on Billboard's "Top Rock Album" chart back in 2019 and #13 overall in the "Hot 200" album chart.
Great reaction.
Please do more BABYMETAL reaction. They are awesome! From a 40 yo metalhead bassist. 🔥🔥🔥🤘🦊🤘
You should listen to Black babymetal with Yui and Moa that song goes hard 🔥🔥that ñame of the song is SIS ANGER!!!!!
Yes ❤..!!
Welcome to the foxhole 🤘🦊🤘
The hebemetal pun, their youth AND the birth of a new genre. Koba LOVES puns and wordplay. Nothing has just one meaning. 🙂
Why they named themselves BABYMETAL and why there couldnt be a better name? Look at this:
heavymetal = ヘビーメタル
babymetal = ベビーメタル
Also, "baby" stands for "newborn".
I always love watching first time Babymetal reactions, expecially if it's Gimme Chocolate: you were sooo confused during the song 🤣🤣🤣
This MV become viral in 2014, and that's how I discovered them :D
Att this point, here is a good way to continue: "Headbanger" (Live at Legend 1997): ua-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/v-deo.html
Until next time!
Yui team here ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for the audio quality, the output is very clear and crisp and LOUD on my high resistance headphones, that's what we're expected in audio quality level when listening to the original babymetal songs, we are the one always listening to them in almost maximum volume so the audio quality is very important to us.
And your reaction is lovely too, thank you again ❤
Just somthing to ponder, Sue Metal as Lynn Minmay. :) the dream should be a reality.
First comes WTF, then comes the smile.
Gimme Chocolate:-
Old school Thrash Metal.
Gimme Chocolate!!:-
"Gimme Chocolate!!" (ギミチョコ!!, Gimi Choko!!) is a song by the Japanese heavy metal band Babymetal from their self-titled debut album. Though it was not released as a single in Japan, the song became an international success, with its music video gaining over 143 million views on UA-cam. The band you saw are called "BABYBONES" and not a real band, they are actors mimicking playing the instruments over a backing track. BABYMETAL Live band are called
KamiBand:-
The KamiBand are the instrumentalists (or backing band) in BABYMETAL - Each member is a "god (Kami) of music" summoned by The Fox God stage by stage.
In terms of non-live stuff, I'd say Karate is their best music video (ua-cam.com/video/GvD3CHA48pA/v-deo.html)
They are absolutely a divisive group amongst western metalheads, people either love them or hate them. However (not that band opinions should necessarily sway people) but a few gems I've come across:
"They roll harder than you" - Rob Zombie
"How can you not be entertained watching that?" - Korn
"We saw them in 2013 at a festival, and we were astounded by their awesomeness" - Metallica
They've performed with, toured with, or opened for Metallica, Korn, Dragonforce, Rob Halford, Sabaton, Bring Me The Horizon, Guns N' Roses and Red Hot Chili Peppers. So... regardless of what some metal fans think, they've won hearts and minds amongst the metal community (when they were touring with the Chili Peppers, Chad Kroeger made a point of bringing a birthday cake out on stage for the lead singer's birthday).
Watch out the lead singer Su metal, her eyes is like Angelina's voice, very hypnotizing.
You have to listen Headbanger and Cath me if you can!
BABYMETAL🔥🤘🦊🤘🔥
After checking out "Hanabie" (as I wrote in my last comment) you should try the collab with BMTH on the song "Kingslayer" as well.......so hard and awesome!
🤘🦊♪
Please check the drumm cover of "Through the fire and flames by
Dragonforce" from Junna.
But that they were awesome in concert.
react road of resistance plsss ❤
🍅💀🍅
🍫🦊🍫
Man, that's not a great song to start with imo, but that's just me :) Road to Resistance would be my choice it's more 'normal' and the live version is wonderful. If you wanna hear their progress Divine Attack or First Take Monochrome would be my recommendation
Это вам не по кастрюлям поварёшкой наяривать )
its confusing how good it is right. i have a feeling thats what your face was telling me.
Kitsune up! 🤘🔥🦊
