Sir mera passport tatkaal se aa chuka hai (Mumbai). Par ab police mujhse mom/dad ka birth certificate mang rahi hai. Mere mom/dad patna se hai aur dono ka birth certificate nahi hai. Meri file ab RPO se Police chakkar laga rahi hai bas. Please help karein k aage ka procedure kaise kiya jaye.

Dear Sir, This is in reference to your Passport application number XXXXXXXXX dated 03/10/2023. On processing of the Application form, the following shortcomings came to notice:- 1) please furnish present address proof.... Please send self attested photocopies of the relevant documents only by post. The originals of such documents need to be carried while visiting Passport Office between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM ONLY from Monday to Friday (Except Wednesday). Send the documents by registered post to the address of the Passport Office mentioned above. Please make sure to mention your file number and date on top of each page/document and also on the envelope. If you live in the vicinity of Passport Office Nagpur or have been specifically asked to appear in person, you could choose to submit the required documents to the Enquiry Officer at the Passport Office on between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM ONLY from Monday to Friday (Except Wednesday). If the service is rendered, please ignore this letter or please treat this letter as cancelled.
Kept email copy with you all documents with original I think they found some mistake on before document . Take advice from nearest advocate or passport application cyber cafe
