Simple skincare sells one now! I found it at target for $6 and sine change :) I really love the concept of cleansing waters and I wish they would be big over in the states like thy do in the UK...

I tries the sephora one and it doesn't take off waterproof mascara at all!

Bummer. For waterproof stuff you're going to need an oil based makeup remover so it all comes off at once! These cleansing waters don't quite do the trick for those.
