i am a long-time GYC fan who has never missed an episode. i am also a retired attorney with some 28 years of practice AND a mopar muscle car collector. as to the "million dollar Coronet" coming back to GYC due to "issues", here's what i would tell Mark. in my legal practice, i QUICKLY found out that the more money a client was spending, the MORE they were expecting from their case. AND - when you have a client who has "money", THAT client should not be screwed with because they have the resources to fire me and hire another attorney to sue ME. SO... as to the Coronet. i saw the initial episode where Mark met "the owner" and my very FIRST impression of that guy was that he could easily become a "difficult" customer. the owner of the Coronet has a lot of money and i immediately assumed he was a "perfectionist." i can't believe Mark Worman did not realize these things when he took this job. and given what anyone could easily tell about the owner of this Coronet 5 minutes after talking to him, that guy's car when it was finished should have been gone over with a FINE TOOTH COMB before it ever left GYC! every contractor and business owner knows that you cannot afford to do a job "twice." not only do you lose money but you can never make an "unhappy" client "happy" again no matter what you do. i'm sorry but even though i am a big fan of Mark Worman, his shop, his mopar knowledge and his show - a "mistake" should have never happened with the "million dollar Coronet that is the only one known to exist."
I've never heard a human talk about our Lord with pride and conviction like Mark did "me and the carpenter from Nazareth"....I love Jesus and anyone that loves Him too. Recently called crazy in the head by one angry Russian that says there is no God in USA. I quickly corrected him. Great show, keep Will happy.
Actually, he was using that line to try and be funny. How could someone have that much conviction toward Christ, yet have the filthy mouth that he has? Especially his use of GD which is Blasphemy. He uses those words all the time. They just beep them out. Start reading his lips when they beep him out. Its plain as day what he is saying.
barracuda was base model got mostly 318 or 225, some 383 2bbl,,, Cuda was proformance version, base engine 4bbl 383 with 440 4bbl or 6bbl, 426hemi, with the 340 4bbl as the one mostly sold, tho 440 6bbl is ones mostly being restored
At one time Alyssa was the HR manager/Shop manager and 20 other jobs. Wouldn’t you think she would dress more appropriate for working in car restoration shop? Long acrylic fake nails 💅? Tight shirts and jeans? Hair always flopping around. Should be in a ponytail or just covered with a hat. Her shoes don’t look “safety” approved for a the shop environment? Her ankle are always exposed. Jeans to short. If she gets to close to hot sparks or a chemical spill that’s an injury wait to happen.
John C. Lincoln when he was 76 yo could run up 6 flights of stairs skipping every other step and not be winded when he got to the top. John C. Lincoln was the main man to bring the industrial age. He perfected the welder and had many inventions one being the machine to make the zig zag springs in car seats and furniture. Exercise is the key.
So I'm confused you need a quality control person but you put your daughter in charge of that. Quality control implies that you know what quality is. You know how paint is applied and how it looks at different angles and the difference between clear coats etc your daughter has no idea what that is at best she could see that a panel Gap is not a quarter of an inch that's it
I’d like to see Will paint a car from dark front to light rear with a “laser stripe” down the sides with the exact colors reversed… It would look great on a Charger but maybe your next Graveyard Custom Build?
It's obvious it's Mark's shop....... It did me better in my life and for the people around me, for me to learn when I should shut my mouth.....Love the show.....now I will shut my mouth.......
Mark, you are the owner, so the Buck stops with you. Besides, you are the one who claims to be the perfectionist, yet you allowed it to roll out the door in an imperfect state
Will and Dave was the best thing that ever happened to the show , when it comes to mopars he is the best out there. But he well be the down fall Of his own world. Thank goodness for Alyssa
I just suffered my first time watching this lousy show and I can tell you it isn't about auto restoration: it is a show about people who are supposedly restoring vehicles and their made-up, over-exaggerated interpersonal frictions. In other words don't waste your time on this totally lame excuse of a show.
Love the Mopars! I've watched 1 1/2 episodes. At first awesome. Then the "drama". Quit halfway through the second. Impressive work and talent. Shame IMHO. Be well.
good stuff mopar guy

I tried again but can only take about 5 minutes of Mark and then have to turn the show off.

Please less film crew , more cars. Thank you
23:05 who would paint a restoration diarrhea brown? Sorry

I ask "hardcore MOPAR" folks who own new Challengers what MOPAR stands for. Blank stares. Educate them GYC.
I’ve never Seen the editor on here, now I see why…..

Paint flaws from the self-professed greatest painter on Earth. Will You do the same paint jobs thousands of other painters do. You're not special
a lot of this show feels scripted not natural not like counting cars or gas monkey .. counting CARS to me far exceeds all CAR SHOWS,,
all these reality car shows are scripted and choreographed, some better than others
