I swear if I had a boss like you I would never complain about work. You make even the hardest of days seem so easy. If Ryan ever offered me a job I'd be there the next day
It's better than no video guys you have to understand Ryan is trying to run a business keep a crew going and have a famaily life just be thankful we get videos
Honestly, I would agree but Just know those 22 minutes is comprised of over 8 hours of real time footage cut and edited into 22 minutes for someone to complain about 💀
Man if you’ve ever worked on a job site you will know how invaluable Bugs is. The professionalism and hard graft is just something you rarely see any more. You can plan and almost build a business around people like that. I know he will be getting his value in money - but even then it probably still isn’t enough. So much respect for that guy! Bravo sir. Bravo.
You know you’re on to something when your audience needs more than a 20 minute video. I’ve said from the beginning this is some of the best stuff on UA-cam right now
I was a finisher in Alberta Canada, just wanted to say I've been following you and your channel is blowing up! Congratulations to you and the crew! .. gotta show your mom some love too, every Monday, she's great!
Moving into my day 3 graveyard tonight, then some days through the weekend, then an evening shift on Monday. Story of my life rotating weekly for almost 30 years. NOT eassssssssy monnnneyyy. 😫😂 Gives me joy to see the crew and how you all interact with each other and customers with every job. Thanks guys! 👏
I love your channel and have watched most of your videos. I admire your attn. to detail. I just feel I need to point out that that was not a "Footing". It did not go below the frostline. I think it is still good for what is above it, I wouldn't do that on a 6' high wall. Be Well and keep up that Easy$ attitude.
Ryan, today l give you props. You don't know what your doing but you got it. Moving concrete with bare hands is totally determined to get the job done. Respect
20:22 Finally someone said it!!! I was always wondering why no one said that when just because you trying to clean sidewalk you mess up your windows, interiers and stuff...
You guys are the BEST crew ever!! I'm totally disabled and need a wheel chair ramp...wish you guys came to Delaware. Love watching the banter and the beautiful work you all do. Daryl, STAY AWAKE ⏰️ 😁 Love you guys!! ❤ Eric your just to adorable 🥰
1:03 Ayyye. Cat has gotten over it's Darrylytis. 3:26 You'd think that they're actually brothers. That eye roll.😆 18:31 Darryl strikes again. Eric frustrated. Also 20:04. Nearly swore.😆 20:29 How bout just close the windows.😆
Love from Jamaica.....it's so satisfying to watch you and your guys work I even got my kids to be hooked on your channel age 18 14 and they autumn...can I please get a shout out to my kids Anastasia,Odaine and Khalia.
You guys did a great job, there is a grey area between masonry and landscaping, and where I live, in a big gated complex the landscapers made a 10,000$ plus mess of things they had no right doing, I told them they need jointer and sponges for the joints to be clean, they bought the sponges and used them to make circles on the blue stone, which stained them with Portland, and wasted money by putting the big thermal edged bluestone pieces in backward, and they used glue on the children's playground on the edges on the pavers...so there all up now only a year later and the blue stone joints have failed, I offered to thermal edge the bluestone by hand, but they insisted they were in the right way lol..this place is so big I should make a video of what not to do...back in the late 80s we would come in after people did work like that, and say "we do everything nice because we do things twice" making fun of whoever made the mess...
"How much garbage do we make!?" It's crazy cuz I think about this everyday I take out he trash. Imagine every house hold and all that waste. Now imagine what they are doing about it. Crazy to think about it. Much love to you and your company and what you do!
Poor destroyer lol glad he has a friend like you Ryan, it's nice to know there is kind ,patient sincere ppl around I wish I lived by you I forsure would ask for a job lol
We do similar but we lay the curve to a 1” electrical conduit to get a nice curve and also lay the first course on 3/8” mud to get the perfect level without effort. Nice job.
You should get Eric to start filming his side jobs. Would be nice to see a small town mexican grow into a full fledged business. The journey would be nice to follow.
Hey Ryan, since your skills of editing have gotten professional, I think it’s time to make an easy money movie. You already have the bad guy on your payroll as Daryl the Destroyer. And Buggs as the good guy to take down the dark force, lol. Eric and Francisco can be the added soldiers. I look forward to at least 90 minutes of planning and action 😂
I've watched a few films of yours and one thing gets to the top - you have some very respectable men working for you. Others are still pretenders to this title. I mean, the less you talk, the more work you get done. And those like me can see the difference (I believe). It's pleasure to watch them, much more than listen to the talkers, however funny and nice they are.
I’ve said it in almost every Bugs vid, the man deserves a raise. The fact that the senior guy on the job (recovering from shoulder surgery) LEAPS over the trench to grab the shovel. The young er guys (won’t name any names) should be ashamed.
Ryan, I agree the way you do the footing and first course is very quick but you guys are set up for concrete. Most company's won't take on the added cost of wood pins and a concrete delivery truck but yes your way is very efficient..I will keep that in mind on the next wall I do, who knows maybe in the right situation I would do it.
Hey Ryan, been watching your videos for sometime now here in the UK, I’m not in the concrete trade at all but really amazed watching you and your team, all the best to all of you, can I get a shoutout in your next video please for Frank & Marygrace. BTW, “Easy Money.”
@16:20 I appreciate that bugs said sorry right Away, he pays attention and is very detail oriented and knows when he messes up and owns it. Even as little as this was (handing Ryan the block the wrong way)
7:17 more of D taking advantage of ryans big heart. On his phone again while everyone else is doing something to progress the job. But hes Ryan's buddy and able to keep getting away with it. And u can tell its not a friday because jr aint there. Jr always shows up on fridays for that free money paycheck for sleeping and hiding.
I like how you built the wall on a concrete footing… my inexperience would have me nervous about having enough time to adjust and critique everything before the mud dried
All the SRW systems I've installed, engineering called for 8-10" of compacted base. I've never saw anyone do a footer for a SRW system as it's meant to flex with the ground. I'm not arguing that it's wrong, but just never saw it done this way. Either way, it looks good! Hopefully you core filled those blocks and put 3/4 clean behind it.
My wife's comment watching this upload was "I miss autumn". I'm not sure if she was insulting your editing skills or just misses your saughters Sunny disposition. 😎
Lol - I feel your pain when it comes to your guys doing silly things - I may have to look into doing my walls on concrete. I’ve heard of it, but it never made sense until now.
Hey Ryan just an idea on the pencil since you mentioned you lose alot of them. They sell this pencil holder that goes around your neck and the pencil sticks to it so you can use it and put it back whenever you need without losing it!
fingers crossed that will happen this next season lol. he’s talked about wanting to do it for awhile. we get live stream snow removals but no recent concrete jobs
7:03 dont worry eric those hart tape measures from Walmart actually aernt bad at all! I got one recently when i was in a bind and was actually surprised
Question? But first a disclosure lol I’m not a critic or a concrete guy. Just someone who likes to learn about things that interest me. Ok, I’m curious as to why not clean stone is put underneath footings like when a slab etc.. is poured. I do know as much that the colder the area the deep the base. Is it because footing are so thick or some other I’ll effect would be cause or just simply over doing it? Thanks
I swear if I had a boss like you I would never complain about work. You make even the hardest of days seem so easy. If Ryan ever offered me a job I'd be there the next day

@@Bugoutseazon I feel like I'm already part of the crew cuz my name is Eric 🤣
Agreed!
When I see a 22 minute video and still feel it's too short...

Any video from Victory is enough!
Sad because the video ended. Just love the teamwork, laughter and hard work. Well done!!
"We gotta bend that down or something"
Bugs, in socks & slippers, saying nothing, solves the problem. You got yourself a true legend there Ryan

Love your videos been watching since last year, they’re addicting and I learn quite a bit.

Good morning Victory. From New Zealand at midnight.
Victory Outdoor Services is the UA-cam equivalent to The Office. I rewatch all the old episodes and never get tired of it.
Good way to start the day right before I go deliver that concrete for guys like you

I've been watching you guys for a couple months now I must say I think you guys are my favorite construction crew on UA-cam

I like how you built the wall on a concrete footing… my inexperience would have me nervous about having enough time to adjust and critique everything before the mud dried
I like the idea of basing it on concrete. That makes a tonne of sense instead of futzing with Class 5 or recycled material in small lifts.
BUGS is the best! See how he jumped right in to pound that rebar down?? What a guy.
Well done all the way around! Rock On!
Daryl is a walking Safety Violation!!!! I am amazed he hasn’t seriously hurt someone.
