Snoop I work in Hotels, and normally I would agree. However, the turn over is sooo slow right now. When the shutdown happened, all hotel rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Some employees may assume they could get away with it now since the virus lasts 3 days on objects and business is slow. For the safety of guests booking rooms to quarantine or social distance, these rooms should ALWAYS be thoroughly kept.

Exactly! My mom always Lysol'd everything down as soon as we checked in. I take it a step further and take my own sheets with me. I lay my sheet on top of theirs, covering the pillow. Then I place my pillowcase on top of that. I'm a germaphobe and have been doing this since my early teens. I saw some "bodily fluid stains" on the sheets at the Hyatt, while on our family vacation. That was the last time I slept on hotel sheets. My family and friends tease me about it but I don't care. I also take my own towel, washcloth and flip flops to wear in the shower. The catch 22 is I love traveling but don't trust anyone else to properly clean/disinfect. 😥🤢
same!!! I also bring a ziploc bag for the TV remote control and MUST wipe down on all touched surface inside the hotel room with my gloves when we travel.
Exactly, I always bring Lysol and wipes way before Covid but the sheets surprised me since it is TOP priority for cleaning. I also bring socks coz I do not want my feet to touch the floor at all.
I can’t count how many times I thought the sheets weren’t changed. Too easy to just leave them on. Who would know?? They don’t seem to care even now! Bad!
I agree, Kat S. This is disgusting. That's why I've always traveled with my own little hotel sanitizing kit that includes a sleeping sleeve (so my body and head doesn't touch the sheets and pillowcases, disposable slippers, disinfectant wipes, gloves and alcohol pads). I think there is a cool company that sells those items as a kit to the public. I believe their website is: @t.
This is why you bring your own sheets, pillows or wash the ones in the room. Use sanizter wipes on door handle going outside , going in, wipe down tv remote, wipe out the refrigerator, microwave, use your own cups, forks, spoons.
They all lie about changing the sheets and pillow cases. I always clean the room myself and I personally remove the bed linen and request them to put on clean ones so I can see them changed.

Idk if its in Indonesia lol
I had to travel for work before Covid hit. As soon as I get to my room, I sanitize everything, switches, handles, remotes, etc. Not changing the sheets is totally unacceptable. They should be cleaning every room thoroughly regardless if it's a cheap hotel or expensive one.
😂
I like how the Trump Towers were the ones “professionally justifying” their uncleanliness 😂😂😂😂
Cause it's a fake video. Why its he logo the only mark you see? You clearly haven't watched real inspections before. If they didn't clean the sheets there would be more prints😂🤡🤡
Juda You’re a fake person.

Juda There wouldn’t be more prints, mainly because they’re using a wash-off spray paint and a black light specified for that paint more than likely.
I want this kind of experiment to be conducted at japan’s hotels.
O
why
Considering how efficient japan is. Im not surprised if they managed to replace all the sheets and clean the entire room by 10mins
Hiroshima
Japan is very clean and they don’t like things dirty, so it wouldn’t be surprising if they changed EVERYTHING in their hotel rooms.

@madd6960 madd6960 I didn’t say you’re dumb
That's why I've always carried clorox wipes and lysol spray when traveling and staying at hotels, even before covid.
Thats a good thing to do. But the point is, guest shouldnt have to do the job of the worker's.
Do you wash the sheets too ??
This is disgusting!! These hotels need to be inspected or be out of business. This can increase the chance of getting the coronavirus

Lol when the staff won't even wear a mask, you can't be shocked when the rooms aren't meticulously cleaned.
