Man, I can't even say that the neon brick covering the arm is an armament haki (BloxFruits). Rell Seas has its own Haki mechanic, which is already impressive. And as you know, Galaxy Impact will be in Rell Seas, and it's a Garp haki skill. In other words, they will probably add all the properties of One Piece's Haki. While Blox Fruits, they barely have 2 of the hakis, let alone all the other properties.
In case you don't know, Haki property in One Piece is for example: Internal destruction of the armament haki. It is possible to unlock as you level up your haki. And we still have the haki combinations, which they will definitely add.

My only concern about this game is balancing. I really hope there is benefits to being fruitless or at least this game should give some enhancements to certain fruits. Like imagine using haki on spring for instance and unlocking its full potential and getting more moves or hell, even gears for it by using haki.
being fruitless have benefits you cant drown or be weakened by some kairoski weapons and you could put more stat points in other things other than fruit

I'm just hoping (given you'd have fewer abilities) that as compensation maybe you'd get more haki related abilities or weapon/fighting style mastery abilities.
