- Terry makes a shocking revelation to Heather's friends: during a heated argument with his wife, he used the dreaded 'D' word.
From Season 8, Episode 7 'Whines by Wives': Vicki and Tamra have a verbal altercation, which ends the wine-tasting trip. Alexis and Jim are finally able to open their trampoline park. Heather and Terry are in a tough spot after Terry reveals that he threatened to divorce Heather during a previous argument. Tamra believes that Eddie enjoys riding his bike more than spending time with her.

I like how Vicki regrets and acknowledges her own mistakes in her own marriage. She seems to have learn from it and shares responsibility for her marriage issues. I think housewives who get divorced should take notes from Vicki. Never a huge media battle. Amicable, Briana and Michael don't deal with parents fighting via media.

Threatening to leave someone because they don't behave how you want them to is abusive. Just ask them not to behave that way or leave. Don't threaten.
Telling them to stop and telling them what will be the result if they don't don't stop isn't abuse. Its giving someone the opportunity to change for you guys relationship. Just up and leaving without warning is very hurtful

Terry is a classic narc! Something good is happening to his wife which means he is being pushed off the stage. He can't handle that so he has to undercut her. He is constantly making "jokes" about Paul on their show Botched. I think that is bullying type of behaviour.

This moment is so meaningful. This is why I’m so crazy about all things Real Housewives. Instead of nasty, mean girl treatment, Vicki injected such valuable insight into this quiet but lethal marital conflict. I’m so SUPER proud of Heather for standing her ground too. How high IQ was it that she said…”I know you love me. I know you didn’t meant it…” but she still recognized that it was punitive behaviour that she would never engage in. And looking smoking hot and regal all at the same time. I love me some Heather Dubrow. Keep reigning girlfriend. ❤️

To me, the most clear indication that this is totally fake is the conversation that they innitiate in front of the cameras at 03:24 i.e. after she states that she prefers to keep this subject private. They could've had this conversation e.g. at home, so why worse things by having such conversation in front of the cameras? Deliberate decision that shows how it's actually scripted.

Terry and Heather are acting.
Apparently the reason Heather left the Housewives is because Terry had an affair and she didn't want it to be talked about on the show, and you know these women they would have been all over that like vultures around a carcasse. Anyways, not a fan of Heather, she's too stuck up and likes to pretend she has the perfect life, that's why it bothers her that he said "divorce" in front of everyone, now they know Heather and Terry are not a perfect couple. On the other hand he shouldn't have done it like that just throwing it out there in front of 10 people.

Why did he marry Heather .... I don't see it. She manipulates him so much, she acts as though his thoughts don't matter. Poor man can't even speak without her barking at him! I've watched them for years and he is so patient and does what she says .... that's not nice for a man. Both people should respect each other in a marriage and not keep shutting the other person down because they have a 'bigger' personality. He is a very 'goofy fun' guy, lighthearted and likeable. If she didn't like that about him, she should have left him alone and let him marry someone more compatible.

Im sure Terry controls Heather quite a lot. She spends money, no problem but he wears the pants in that household even though she may portray like she is the boss. This wasn't the first time he was verbally abusive to her. And im sure he always says he is joking afterwards hence she said that Terry always makes jokes on her expense.
