Students who have completed mbbs in other countries and India as well have to give NEXT exam from now onwards there's two things in NEXT.
NEXT 1 AND NEXT 2 after giving NEXT 1 if we clear it we have undergo a 12 months internship as per the rules. But what about the ones who gave already completed mbbs abroad should they go through internship again as well to practice here. As the students coming from abroad gave already completed 5.5 yrs including internship from a different country.
As per the latest discussion in the meeting conducted by NMC, it’s still not clear whether NEXT will be conducting next year or not.
But yes, it’s sure it’s gonna happen in 2 parts NEXT-1 which has to clear after 2 MD year of mbbs and NEXT -2 which would be of clinical pattern, will be conducted after completion of course.

Yes it’s imp for government universities but some private universities you can go even without entrance exam.
