how can i contact you, because i have issue about refund payment process. last time you said that it takes about 3-5 days for the amount to reflect back in my account and you will let me know if the refund is successful by receiving an email confirmation, but i havent got it yet.

I would not bother with them, terrible attitude, trying to charge for robots txt, work, which was not needed, threatening to close the shop, AND BEWARE OF SHOPIFY EXPERTS,, Trying to revamp you shop, you will never get rid of them
