Stephen Hawthorne You ain't nevuh lied. I was asleep for 2 years when I fell upon his music on Google Play. Shocked he is a well established veteran of the music industry. Just crazy to think that his level of artistry isn't more accessible. The Christmas album is SICK. The reharmonizing of staple gospel songs that sound like new-age funk. He makes music that is agnostic; you don't have to be "churchly", annointed, saved, classically trained, pitch-perfect, vocalist or virtuoso in any area of music. All you need are ears and his gift(s) titillate.
And once I found him, I discovered his commercial category is neo-gospel. Then I found not too many folks are as outstanding in that genre as he is. He easily dominates that space UNIQUELY. Insane. Immense. Thanks so much for your posting and be well.
I love it . Tell all your friends about him and his singing . The middle was a little off but for the most part it was great and so was his singing and the middle.
