It’s not up it’s do the move and hold back while your pressing the second button.
Like before you press the second button so he did Aop 2 1 do that but hold back and if you hold back for even longer you won’t be in your rain dance stance you’ll be in your regular stance

Ling Xiaoyu had the worst wall carry, lowest damage, poor pokes, moves locked behind stances, highly inconsistent combos, constant nerfs, dumb rage drive, worst hop kick, and the most difficult parry to pull off in Tekken 7. Now she's more viable in Tekken 8 she's the cheapest... OK.
