I will be looking for some orange mint this coming year. I have apple mint and that is sooo good, but I really want the orange. Today I started making some 3 bean salad to can. It has to marinate overnight, so I will finish it tomorrow. I follow the challenge, but I don't have a you tube channel. I also dehydrated some zucchini.
