My middle school (Oregon trail middle school)'s 8th grade band, which I am a percussionist in, was supposed to play this for our 2019-2020 spring concert. I’m playing the pice this year and i play crash cymbals, tambourine, cabasa, and tam tam or gong but really idk if you ever got made fun of for being a percussionist but we have but we can most likely play more instruments then they can lol
im also also in percussion. I play timpani but the whole mallet thing is a part so its meant to be by yourself. And also its chimes or tubular bells, wind chimes are different.
