It's so interesting to see that the ATR of UNIAIR has a small air stairs connected to it. It's my first time seeing that. In my country, they just use the ATR's built in air stairs on the door.
Or they don't want to take the flight anymore and have a non-refundable ticket. This is very common. This is why in the 70's till the 90's almost all airlines overbooked their flights. Because they would count on it that a fixed margin wouldn't show up.
