Ok for whoever is still wondering how to do: First you use the taunt Then you charge a punch or kick attack, but you cancel it (for some reason the game remembers you have this charge to use) Then you Input the combo to use the final move These are 3 different steps that you have to do, witout braking them (but you can take a pause between each step), in order to make the final attack. It took me around half an hour just to understand how this interaction worked…

I think what makes this whole execution annoying is having to remember the inputs mid-fight.

I just can’t get the damn thing to work! =(
Try leaving the arrow for a little bit of time, that worked for me when I couldn't taunt/do rotd
