Great review, I have mine for a while now I love it. I make my juices put in small containers I also love it for my ginger shots I drink every morning. The reason they call it slow juicer is because it needs the fruit and vegetables to be dropped in slowly . I see you we're going pretty fast dropping to much fruit and vegetables at the same time. I barely need to use the pusher gadget I just let it do it's thing slowly. I really don't mind baby sitting it's fun and it works. For the price and for the petite size can't go wrong. My kitchen is small and it's a lot of kitchen gadget have many other gadgets that takes up space so this one is a plus for me for not taking hardly any space ❤ That kitchen Aid mixer in the back ground of your kitchen. I also have that' huge takes up a lot of space. I'm happy with my dash slow juicer. What I love about it I can travel with it anywhere. Light and compact.❤😊
So glad you’re loving your juicer! It’s actually slowly juicing the fruit. It’s nothing about how fast or slow you put it in the juicer, that will not have any impact on the juice. A fast juicer (centrifugal) moves at a much faster speed than a slow juicer (masticating). we don’t recommend fast juicers because they heat up the fruit due to the speed, and you also must consume that juice much more quickly. Whereas a masticating slow juicer, you can actually enjoy the juice for up to 72 hours after juicing. 🥰
Yesss thank you so much ! Like others in the comments I bought this a few days ago ! I won’t be buying a fancy one anytime soon as I’m trying to see how well I stick to this but this got me so excited !!! 😊 really well done video with lots of details !!
You are so welcome!! Yes, perfect way to see if juicing is for you! Aww, thank you, I appreciate that - I definitely want to be helpful with my videos. 😊
@@KnowYourProduce making my first batch as I type this !!! So exciting & i can tell this machine will exceed its money worth . You saved me so much time reading those pesky instructions 🤗
Thank you for a great video! I have a Breville Juice Fountain Elite that I was gifted 13 years ago. I love it but would like to try a cold slow juicer. I purchased this to see if I would love it enough to get the Nama2. I’m looking forward to a Juicy😉New Year!🌹
You’re so welcome! The Nama J2 is pretty incredible! You can literally fill it and walk away to do another task. The yield and nutrient quality with any masticating juicer will win over a centrifugal juicer. Happy juicing!
If you leave the cap open while putting things in then the liquid will flow as it should and not go towards the fiber exit side, that’s why the fiber is coming out wet or moist as you put it
We do this to show that "pour shot". Regular use we always have the cap open. Either way it would be marginal difference with this machine as it's such a small space that even with it open it would have been a bit dampened.
Ugh me getting a mama&5k is a wishful thinking! I was recently lost my job, and cannot afford one! I need one to keep me motivated and sane u til my life goes back to pieces. I experienced busing about a year ago with a horrible skuicer I had and loooved it! I wonder if getting the bigger one from Aldi will be a little better than the small one! I saw it on the app and instantly hopped on it!
To get the most for your money (the maximum amount of juice) I would go with the smaller one. A cold press (masticating juicer) slow juices the fruits and vegetables to extract the most amount of juice whereas the larger (centrifugal juicer) will juice it fast, leave a wetter pulp and even heat up and lose some nutrients. It's a great juicer to test out juicing and can make a delicious glass of juice! 😀
nice video. this juicer is great for singles/couples. anymore its too small. this has been an excellent juicer, 3 weeks in and its so much easier to clean that my breville. the juice this produces is excellent.
Thank you! Yes, I agree, although I do find it's great for a small family too if you're just making a single batch too. Kids love pushing the food through the juicer. We love how easy it is to clean!! Glad you're enjoying the new juicer!! 😀
Curious.. Where exactly did you see this? I'm reading page 14 and it says: Preparing fruits and vegetables - for celery it says to cut off the bases from celery and remove wilted leaves. Always feed celery with the lower and wide ends first into the feed tube.
I bought this today and was interested to see how it worked. So glad I found your video! Thank YOU!
You're so welcome! 😃 I'm so glad you got one too!!
Same!
I just got mine today. I watched your review right there at the aisle to help me decide if I should buy it.
We hope you love it!! 😀
Thanks for your honest review.

Thanks for the great review 😊
You’re so welcome! Thanks for watching! 😀
Mine only works if I use it in reverse!! Otherwise it keeps unlocking 🤪
Oh no, that’s not good! Have you tried calling the support number? Aldi is great about returns but you probably can’t exchange due to being sold out 😔
The book that came with it says not to use celery in this one.
