For male K-Pop idol, I think Joshua of SEVENTEEEN should be on the list. His accent is the epitome of ✨️ Rich LA boy ✨️ he was born and raised in LA so his accent sounds so damn expensive. It's one of the best American-English accent I've heard from K-Pop idols.
