We had the fortune of meeting our hero Russell Brand plus partying with Mobius Loop the folk singing van lifers and all our lovely vegan food uk team
This has been our only British festival this summer but vegan camp out was well worth it - taking place in Newark Showground Nottinghamshire
We ate so much delicious plant-based food we could barely move haha
Other acts included Chris Packham and Bosh doing the afterparty and drum & bass

Russell's tshirt quote choked me up, that's as profound as can be. I have only just found your channel recently and watched the Cornwall vids, coincidentally was watching Joey Carbstrong today from a recommendation from my Mrs (she is a meat consumer but enjoys his debates) I have been a veggie since the 90's just in a quiet way out of respect to animals to be honest, and I only discovered what you guys are really about from your (question and answer) van life video an hour ago, and then this festival one. I can see what it is all about now so thank you to yourselves, Joey, and Russell it has made me self-reflect on my choices. I think humanity will get there in the end, it took me long enough to understand and I was halfway there. Hope you continue to have lots of cool adventures.

Thank you for another great video. Took my mind off the Nowzad/Afghan situation for the moment. When there are people who love animals wherever that be of the human animal or non human ones there's always hope and I'm proud of the lovely, kind compassionate people in this video.

Wasn't Russel Brand amazing ! Campout was even better this year! The site was spotless when we all went home ! I love the vegan campout tribe we party strong and the clean up and leave without a trace !!!💚🌱💚

What a great advert for this festival. The food looks amazing. I’ve been vegan for 30 years and have been going to festivals since I was 16 and I’ve never heard of it.
I don’t know if I’ll be in the right part of the country at the right time for it this year as I have extensive travel plans but it’s now on my list of things to check out at some point.
Oh I’m so glad you filmed this!! I’ve been trawling social media for footage and vlogs as I was gutted I couldn’t make it there this year!

This Vegan Campout vlog was fantastic as Those Happy Days vanlife adventures video's always are. It would of been great to meet Russell Brand. The food was amazing which after your travelling is what your video's focus on. Looked like both of you had fun. Love 💕Janine & Liam (both of you are huggers🤗).

I really enjoyed watching this, I've always wondered what vegan campout was like. I'd heard from friends that it was a real party atmosphere! Have to be honest though, despite all that amazing food,I don't think it's my thing. I prefer a quieter experience and those queues were insane. I guess me and my partner are anti social.
Not for the faint hearted haha!!
I didn’t go this year, but I went to the last one.Yes, the queues are insane, to comment on your other point- it’s not all about partying. There are loads of great stalls to look at, and there’s a well-being area, for yoga, etc, and morning meditation!

Got our first festival for two years in 27 days it’s 3rd time lucky for dub festival party the park, we can walk there in 5 mins but still taking the van

I asked for alcohol free drinks and was told there was none 😡
What?! That’s ridiculous! Not all vegans drink.
Also, because the bar was t run by VCO, I understand not all the drinks were vegan. Brewdog is ( mostly), vegan, but they certainly are not ethical!
To say there is none and then a shed full of it be available for select people is beyond disgusting.

It was just great to see that people weren’t wearing masks, social distancing etc. It was like the mad world we live in was no more. No testing required etc. Hopefully these people realise that the pandemic is all rubbish.

10 mins in, really want to keep watching but the way people are acting is giving me huge anxiety. You all know there is still a pandemic right?!?! No masks, no social distancing, sharing food. Even if everyone there is fully vaccinated (which I doubt), it is just asking for trouble.
