Great video brother. I really looked at this a while back when I was moving my subs to the back of my room. I ended up running cable but I see now this would have been a great choice for me. Thanks for the awesome review.
Thank you so much for watching Chris! Yeah we were very satisfied with the performance of this adapter. It's always something you can consider if you get a few more subs LOL! :)
I've been curious about how well this device works. I wonder how the 25ms delay work with trying to align subs via miniDSP. I'd like to add a sub in my setup and this would be be a good option to avoid wires
Thank you so much for watching Matt! We've never had the chance to get our hands on a miniDSP, so we can't comment on how you might be able to compensate for the delay, but it looks like they have some good documentation on this; www.minidsp.com/applications/subwoofer-tuning/tuning-multiple-subs If we get a miniDSP, we'll make sure to discuss this! 😀
I have the tri-band version and it doesn't pair no matter how close I have them. At 3 meters distance line-of-sight I cannot pair them. These are shit... do not buy this crap.
During time balancing all speakers (which I like) this 25ms delay is a problem for me. No matter where you place your sub it's already 25ms delayed. I was going to put one in back and the other up front. My receiver, Anthem 510, has 30ms delay adjustment. I can't get that much delay. It might be something to consider. Wherever that sub is placed, it's already 25ms off. You'll have to adjust for it. I do run sealed subs. That may be why it's detectable. Wired it is.
I was specifically wondering if I could keep my wired sub and use this to add a second sub wirelessly, so thanks for addressing that application! I think I'll just have to run a long cable, and maybe unplug it and coil it up when not in use as I have no decent way to hide it in my space.
Hi I have yamaha rx 385 reciever and acoustimass 5 series v do you think svs adapter will work for me because my subwoofer don't have the option of pluging anything other than the reciever and the two Am speakers
I have a function onmy sub to get it powered on when there’s some signal in the path. With my current transmitters (Dayton Audio Wave Link) there’s some inerference and the subs come on even when the receiver is off. Were you able to test that too? I assume your subs do have Auto function available.
Thanks for watching! Thankfully we did not have any issues like that in our tests and your subwoofer should be able to go to sleep just fine if you choose to go with the SoundPath adapter, but everyone's environment is different and there may be some interferences present in your home that weren't in ours.
I think I'm having in wall wire issues that my installer ran for my subwoofers my pc-2000s sound a lot better than my pc13 ultras it has to wiring issues because before they where in a dedicated room they where in a bedroom and the pb13s rocked alot more than the pb-2000s instead of tearing up drywall to find out what's wrong with wiring would thus be a easier fix since I won't be using the wires from that install
Great review! It’s a convenient way to reposition subs without the hassle of cabling. I think it’s awesome how SVS do the in home trial guarantee, I wish more companies would do this!
Thank you so much for watching Jase!! I agree. It's nice to have the flexibility to move your subs without needing an extra cable. Wish more companies had an in-home trial period like SVS as well! 😀

I've never had any issues with SVS bluetooth sound paths. I have 4 subs and all of them are wireless through the SVS soundpaths.
That's great to hear!! Thanks for watching! :)
Does the wireless adapter turn the sub on and off?
How did you run 4 powered subs? Off this

Thanks for watching! You'll have to have an RCA input in order for this to work with your subwoofer.
I have 4 klipsch powered subs. 2-rw10s, 1-rw12, 1- ksw 300. How do you use this for the 4 subs? With one sub out ?
Good stuff. Clear, concise and efficient. Thank you.

Does the receiver need a subout to make it work? I use the Sony DH190.
I have 4 10’s wanting one in each corner in the room this is a life save I’ll daisy chain the 2 rear behind the couch
Hello, can I use this to Install a zone 2 with a small powered sub and two small speakers for stereo sound?
Great review!
Thanks for watching! :)
What if you don't have a sub out? I have an Audio Research LS25 MKII preamp with 2 audio outs. Will those work for the transmitter?
They don't sell just the receiver tho, do they?
