- The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial will resume on Monday.
It was postponed after state witness, Sergeant Thabo Mosia, fell ill this morning. Proceedings began with an application brought by the four of accused to have the matter halted. Advocate Malesela Teffo told the court his clients had been brought before an open court without having their rights read.However, the North Gauteng High Court dismissed the application.

Mshololo has credible tectic & understand the process very well, she is a marvel to watch in action. Her status will definately double up after this case.
Her line of questioning is top notch👌. So mature and she keeps calm. But she must just keep guard of her emotions sometimes because Mosia annoys her sometimes and she start being diverted to speak nje.
I think someone has advised adv Teffo as to he should have raised a Preliminary issue emanated to the fact that all accused were never be charged at the beginning, and also the issue of two cases for one incident.

Adv Teffo has the right energy and commitment, but he has ZERO tactics and strategy. I wish the 4 accused can dismiss him and take Adv Mshololo. Or even better Adv Majavu because it seems he's following the trial closely.

I respect Adv. Teffo but I think his emotions will cost him and his clients,he didn't discuss the 'halt' with Adv. Mshololo but he's expecting her to understand, even if Adv. Mshololo agrees with him, she wouldn't show it because it would be as if she doesn't know what she's doing.
Teffo has some tangible evidence under his sleeves just watch and learn Mr Majavu

Guys there's something that we left behind....adv tefo got intimidated.. disrupted by arrested him that's where he loss the interest as he mentioned after his court appearance if you remember...now when he work he work by short temper because he want to expose state as revenge because they exposed him too...so let's not discredit him on his job.... according to me I understand him very well...he s nothing to loose but to win...
Sad part about all these analysis they analyse what they learnt from collage which is right according to studies but differ when it comes to reality.
Collage doesn't teach how to deal with real crime in the mist of fake crime and this is what we are all facing here.
Real criminals are being protected and even people of law themselves are implicated and those showing signals during court proceeding of having real information. School of law doesn't teach about all of that.
Advocate like Teffo they are having information bout real suspect, you can even see how he was treated by police officers. They know amongst advocate he ia dangerous and hia life might also at stake here.
What your analysit is talking is the same as Mshololo is doing posing right question the right way but in a fake court case. Teffo was also right when he said. Mosia is trying by all means to protect certain people
