Worth mentioning this is Handel's passacaglia. A passacaglia is simply a type of piece where you have a repeated theme over which you play variations, and many composers have done one or several (check out Bach Passacaglia in C minor, Buxtehude's in D minor, or the several chaconne (a synonym of passacaglia, more or less) by Pachelbel.
This passacaglia is based on the one by handel

What I mean is that the title of the video (passacaglia - piano cover) is misleading because it makes you believe that "passacaglia" is a proper noun, like "The four seasons" or whatever, when it's only a type of piece, like "symphony", "concerto" etc.
