Ophion kind of just solos tear. It also covers significantly more matchups (mannadium, r-race, Unchained, etc.) I've only played one mirror ever, and it was only a single game in-between rounds 6 and 7 lol so I'm not sure if its worth the slot just for the mirror
Definitely an idea, I was hoping Nightmare would come up a bit more. It's great into purrly, mannadium, and rescue ace, but got lucky and dodged those matchups for the most part. Ophion is kind of just better vs mannadium and R-Ace, so maybe we just end on a slightly different board vs purrly (basically just out the field spell and we're cooking). Downered really only came up once, but it was because I had some sequencing errors. I'll try it out and get back to you!

How do you summon ophion with the rank up magic? Just wait for breaksword to be witbout materials? Awoesome list btw
Thanks for the compliment! You can summon Break Sword from the GY with either fog blade or wings so it won't have material, then you can rank-up.
