I've installed this re-released version on my iPhone 11, and it performs better than the original 17.4.1. Less battery drain compared to the previous one, also less heating issue. I'll keep this version and won't update iOS anymore. I updated to 17 directly from 14.6. I always keep the stable version and don't update my phone till apps stop working on the older version of iOS.
