If you pause at ~22:36 of this video, you see a bald man turn around... This might be a stretch, but it very much looks like Howie Mandel, and even if it's not him, Howie is a judge on t.v. which tells me that - potentially - Harry saw this bald guy, and that is where his 'no one's here to judge me' line might have come from...
I thought that was Howie, too. Felt the same way as you, too. Howie's a judge on AGT but he also has his own podcast. If he reaches out to Harry for his podcast, that could potentially expose Harry to a whole new audience. He'd kill AGT, too, but I don't think that's the route he wants to take.

I think it looks like and even sounds like him. You can hear what sounds like Howie's voice exclaiming right as Harry wraps up. Also a look of recognition on the guy to the left right before 'Howie' comes on camera. I wouldn't be surprised if Harry saw him and incorporated the judge lines on purpose.
