    we have gotten away from using solvents on our birds just due to safety reasons Our birds still come out fantastically clean after the tumbler, but we do spin the extra water out first in an old washing machine on spin cycle. Can't wait to try the inseam cut on waterfowl, never even thought of it before!

    Masters blend is any kind of poliuretane or epoxy ?

    So the Process is Skinning, Cold Water bath, Flesh, cold water again and then warm water bath?

    I made a wire wheel flesher and the wires kept doing the same thing by slipoing out and cutting the skin. I ended up mixing up 5 min epoxy and injecting it into the base of the bristles. I dont have them slip any more
