វិទ្យាស្ថានតស៊ូមតិ និងគោលនយោបាយ (API) បានសម្របសម្រួលឱ្យសហគមន៍នៅស្រុកមង្គលបូរី បានលើកពីបញ្ហារបស់ខ្លួន

ទូរទស្សន៍​ជាតិខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ទទក បានចុះផ្សាយអំពីសកម្មភាពការងាររបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានតស៊ូមតិ និងគោលនយោបាយ (API)។
ក្រុមការងារអង្គការ #API បានប្រមូលផ្តុំដោយជោគជ័យនូវអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងសហគមន៍ចំនួន ០៨ ក្នុងស្រុកមង្គលបូរី ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាកង្វល់របស់សហគមន៍។
ដោយមានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសំខាន់ៗដូចជា លោក កែវ តុម ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាស្រុកមង្គលបូរី និងលោក លោក មិន និមល អភិបាលរងស្រុក អញ្ជើញចូលរួមនោះ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានកត់សម្គាល់នូវជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយឆ្ពោះទៅរកការសហការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា។
លទ្ធផលពីកិច្ចប្រជុំ៖
- កិច្ចសន្ទនាផ្ទាល់រវាងសហគមន៍ និងអាជ្ញាធរ ដើម្បីបញ្ចេញមតិលើសេវាសារធារណៈ
- ការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់អាជ្ញាធរក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងសហគមន៍
- អ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ៥១ នាក់ (ស្រ្ដី ២១ នាក់) បានរៀនប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យា ពិដោរអ្នកភូមិឆ្លាតវៃ ឆាតប៊ត ដើម្បីទទួលព័ត៌មានពីសេវាសាធារណៈ តាមដានសំណើរបស់សេវា និងផ្តល់មតិកែលម្អ។
អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានបានកោតសរសើរដល់ អង្គការ API លើកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ខ្លួន ដែលសម្របសម្រួលឱ្យការចូលរួមសហគមន៍កាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរ និងផ្តល់ឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនូវសិទ្ធិអំណាចក្នុងការធ្វើឱ្យសំឡេងរបស់ពួកគេបានឮ នៅក្នុងគម្រោង #សំឡេងនិងសកម្មភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា (#CASDC) ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីអង្គការ Brot für die Welt (#BfdW) និង អង្គការ DanChurchAid (#DCA)។

The TVK Banteay Meanchey National Television broadcasted the activities of the Advocacy and Policy Institute (API).
The API team successfully gathered local authorities and eight (08) communities in Mongkul Borei district, Banteay Meanchey province on 20 August 2024 to address community concerns.
The meeting was attended by key leaders such as Mr. Keo Tom, Chairman of Mongkul Borei District Council, and Mr. Min Nimol, Deputy District Governor. The meeting noted an important step towards cooperation in solving problems.
Outcomes of the meeting:
- Direct dialogue between communities and authorities to express opinions on public services
- Commitment of authorities to address community challenges
- A total of 51 participants (21 females) learned how to use the chatbot technology, Pidor Smart Villager to access information from public services, monitor service requests, and provide feedback.
The local authorities have praised API for its efforts for better engage the community with the authorities and empower citizens to make their voices heard in the Citizen's Voices and Action for Sustainable Development in Cambodia (#CASDC) project with support from #BfdW and #DCA.
