I have those stickers! I interchange them out with a clear case on my kindle. Like you said a new relationship and writing a book as well as working full-time and your side hustle is a lot and new relationships are so exciting. You'll find your reading groove again probably in the new year since the holidays are approaching. As for your desire for perfection. It is great that you let that go. As a follower on your channel and others I find that it is typically appreciated when the imperfections are shared. It reduces that societal "need" to be perfect all of the time and makes it more "okay" to not have to be perfect. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the books you have read!
I started reading again after many years of very sparse reading. Started reading February 17 and have read 22/24 my goal for this year and I still have 4 months to read. Thoroughly enjoyed your video today and now can’t wait for the next one.

Yay yay yay! I already messaged you on insta about how these vids and your journals were part of the reason I got back into reading this year & started my own reading journal. I’ve been dealing with a medical issue most of this year & can’t do much, so reading has been one of the few things I can do and it’s helped so much I 100% agree about Don’t Forget to Write and Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I actually read these back to back early this year and they are still 2 of my fav books I’ve read & are the 2 I always recommend. I also really love all of Sara Goodwin Confino’s books, I still haven’t read for the love of friends. I’m also Jewish and try to read a lot of Jewish authors & books & 2 I’ve loved are Goddess of Warsaw & Book of Lost Names, if you haven’t read those yet I definitely recommend them!

I've read 54 books so far this year. Recent standouts are Yellow Wife by Sadeqa Johnson and The Briar Club by Kate Quinn.
