Is the consistency of data followed while logging into facebook from multiple devices and performing various transaction such as chatting on the messenger with the same persons' email id using multiple systems, or liking a post by one of the user and disliking it by the other user using the same facebook id concurrently ???

Point no 4 is wrong .
Its will not cause transaction failure because it can be handled programmatically
