It was his second school were he did middle school, which appears later in the video, that was the "very sadistic, very barbaric school" run by "belligerent ghouls, spineless sw*nes and cemented minds", and which was the very negative and traumatizing experience that inspired "The Headmaster ritual".
Don't fat shame. Let him do what he wants; you want him to comply with societies usual ways of thinking, however, if he wasn't rebellious and idiosyncratic he wouldn't have made any of the music he has done.
