I am walking away with, "If you find yourself competing on price, you fail to articulate value". Many thanks

I'm looking to start up my own online company and didn't realise how many steps there were to secure sales but this video has simplified that process. much appreciated

This is a terrible video. Who the hell cares about sales reps? We the normal people, trying to start small businesses want something that actually relates to us. This is like a sales pitch, and it sucks. I'm not buying what this guy is selling.

Are you communicating value correctly in your sales efforts?

makes a lot of sense. i do follow the 'value-based' pricing. this one is actually one way to put it. or actually is the same but in a different framework. :) thanks! :)

Sorry, but I can't see how one can calculate value as you put it (extra revenue minus cost) if what you're selling is something like tea or coffee!

Sales rep. Spending too much time understanding their prospects? Know as much as you can about your prospect so you can appeal not just rationally but heart wise. Spend less time researching prospect and its a game of numbers and good wag.
