You are so good at expanding our understanding of anger. I write prisoners. The first is my ex husband. In prison for the murder of one of our sons. I wrote him as an act of forgiveness. No anger felt. Within a year I grew close to a young man who befriended him. My husband was almost 80. The man helping him 40. In time I’ve grown horribly attached. Spending money I couldn’t afford to. Now he is being released. And I must let go. Hard to do without anger and regret

Great talk. One verse for reference to this issue is from Bhagavad Gita. Chapter 2 verse 62 & 63
Enjoyed the talk.
Under the anger will be fear. It's the fear that drives the anger.
What drives the fear ?
Awesome! Thank you!
