it's funny how in the show Jared is the shy, held back character and Jensen was the funny guy. But in real life it's sorta the opposite.
Jensen was directing late the night before and caught the red eye so he was probably exhausted. Jared is definitely more talkative in general though and likes the limelight more but Jensen is really funny at conventions. He rapped Vanilla Ice at one so he's not exactly shy lol.
I know right?! Jensen as said before you used to be shy etc but Jared as helped jensen come out of his shell etc. Love their friendship so much 😄

Yeah thats what Jared said. He also added that in the very last scene as its ending the Impala roles in to Mystic Falls. That would be an epic ending to a series.

I'm sorry but all of you who are complaining about Jared's "misogynistic" comment are just completely misunderstanding what he actually said. He said *nothing* about women being bad for the show, he said *nothing* about them only being used for romance, what he said was while having female characters is fine, it's nice to have a show where the male characters aren't just portrayed as stereotypical men who play sports and get the girl. So please just stop twisting his words around, he did not in any way mean to come off as offensive.
That is true. And I agree with him. It's nice to not have the "romance" stuff clogging up the works. There are women on the show (Jody Mills and Charlie) who are great characters but, the boys drive all over the place chasing monsters so there aren't a lot of regular characters anyway.

He only implied that women are usually casted to add romance on the show because it's *true.* When a girl is on a show, usually your first assumption is that she's one of the character's current/soon to be girlfriend *or* will have sexual relations with one of the characters. Now I'm not saying I like it either, but I don't see how you can possibly argue with that.
3. If you actually heard what he said, you would know that Jared didn't add on to his comment because he fully agreed with the other girl's reply and didn't feel like he needed to say anything else.
So no, I'm not twisting his words around, and you might be listening, but understanding what they mean is totally different. Jared is not a misogynist, take your ignorance somewhere else.

2a. I didn't say female characters are *only* used for romantic/sexual relations, I said that's what they're mostly used for. And yes it's still true today, do you even watch tv? You can watch about 100 shows and at least 95% of them would have female characters who are romantically/sexually involved with one of the other characters. It's not misogyny, it's just the truth. I never said it wasn't a problem, but talking about these type of things won't hurt anybody.
3. Apparently you don't have enough common sense to know that he didn't mean to sound mysogynistic. I don't have to know somebody personally to have a basic understanding of what they meant.
And as I've already said before, Jared fully agreed with the other girl's comment which is why he didn't feel the need to add on to what she already said. If you heard her response, then you would know that he didn't mean to sound offensive.

I love what Aisha said that "this show is about the interior relationship of men" when she said this on her podcast about a year ago she pretty much summed it up very well is why I watch it. And it's why I enjoy the show so much. it doesn't bother me much that there are lack of women on the show but if they did add a strong women character I would welcome them with open arms as long as they are well written.
Yes, that was my favorite statement of the whole panel. I love the relationships between the men in the cast (both on and off screen). It is a shame though that so many of the fans have kept the writers and producers from creating more strong female supporting characters. We had those with Jo and Ellen and Bela (even if she was more of a villain) and a rabid group of fans protested and they were written off. :(
That's a shame Jo, Ellen, and Bella were phenomenal characters I'm very disappointed that they were killed off. I hope that Charlie does come because she was a great addition to their dynamic. I really wanted her to meet Kev, Cas, and Crowley.

Female characters weren't written off because of fans. Fans protest and dislike a lot of things and they don't get their way. That is just an excuse from a very sexist show that keep women off the show and just bring them in as sex objects or further man-pain. That anyone would buy that BS is astonishing.
No, Jo was very much written off because of a small but very loud group of "fans" who protested a love interest being written into the show for Dean. They never gave the character a chance to develop. Alona received horrible comments from these same people too. Just an awful situation all around. Kripke never shied away from saying that's why they wrote the character out of the show. Bela was also very very hated by the fandom. There have been several female characters on the show that have not been used as sex objects: Charlie, Jody, Ellen, Bela, Naomi, just to name a few. The sexist argument regarding this show is very tired and very incorrect.

I always used to wonder if the show was just sexist and thats why they never had any female characters but once I started watching and read more about why all these characters keep getting killed off I saw that the writers have been trying to bring in females but the fan base just doesn't take it well....which is very sad.
So does anyone else think it's completely adorable that Jared calls Mark "Shep" as a nickname? Because that's also what he calls his younger son. His name is Austin Shepherd but they call him "Shep" and I'm dying from the cute over here.

I love that Jensen said the cross-over should be with The Vampire Diaries to wipe those guys out. I have been saying that for years! It would be the best series finale for Vampire Diaries...just these two guys roll into town who no one in Mystic Falls have heard of and rid the town of every supernatural being.

I love Supernatural's mastery of the brother dynamic. I literally have never seen a show get the banter, the teasing, the inside jokes, the love, frustration, anger, and all of it in perfect harmony, in order to make the brother interaction seem so realistic.

+Syddy Mola there was story mark told at one point about this, that mark and some of the writers and producers were talking about if crowley had become human during that last trial from sam, then one of the producers was thinking about a spin off series where it was mark as Crowley trying to get back to hell. but because everyone loved crowley so much during that season, the decided not to make him human at the end and keep him as the king of hell and scrap the idea of that particular spin off.

Wow... So much hate in these comments. It's amusing and yet so sad (in a pathetic way) at the same time.
Some of you people take these guys and this show far too seriously. One second, half the Destiel fans think Jensen is a homophobe because they don't like some comment he makes on the Dean/Cas relationship. Then all the Jared fans think Misha is an a**h*** because he makes a joke about sleeping with Jared's wife. And then there's the (Jensen?) fans who complain about Jared talking over everyone else.
Get over yourselves, people. They're having fun with each other. Do you watch the con videos? They do this stuff all the time. And regarding Misha's joke, Jared clearly wasn't bothered by it-he lobbed one right back at Misha a couple of minutes later by saying Misha probably only lasted "a moment."
Besides, they always try to get one over on each other. Just watch some of the con videos in which Jared and Jensen talk about how often they screw with Misha by trying to get him to laugh during his coverage. Or how Jared will let all the air out of Misha's tires so he can't leave the set when they wrap late at night. Or how, after losing a game of Words With Friends to him, Misha dumped nearly $2000 of coins in Jared's trailer-which Jared then "donated" to Misha's charity by filling Misha's car with them.
It's meant to be lighthearted and fun-no need to take it all so seriously.

During this whole 58:27 minutes I've come to terms that I'm deeply amazed and struck by how much I freaking love Misha Collins.
This cast is THE best at doing panels. Watching the way they interact with each other and the fans is incredibly satisfying as a fan of the show and the actors. I love the way they just take control of the situation and don't even need a moderator. Non-moderated panels of the SPN cast are my favourite because you get to just watch them do their thing and be themselves. It's exhilarating to see after all the other panels that just wait around to be told when to move on or who to pick to ask questions etc. And the way they make the fans feel like they're all just a bunch of friends having a laugh and a chat is refreshing and shows how humbled they are. No one does it like the Supernatural cast. Thank you Nerd HQ!
Jared was like an adorable hyperactive Moose, loved it! Felt like the coulda answered some more questions but oh well. Enjoyed watching this panel and Aisha was really fun too.

I am 71 and love going back & watching all these old talks...Love this show, 2years involved watching every episode at least 3 to 6 times. It is brilliant, the writing and the actors. Totally worried they are coming to a close or are going to give it all to the girls..

I LOVE Aisha Tyler!!! She was an AWESOME and FUNNY host. And I think she really genuinely like Jensen by the way she treats and regard him. I LMAO when Jared said "We gone here some good shit"... That was WAY funny! Could I just say that Jensen is a doll! That girl is right, he's not just a pretty boy... He's a pretty guy with talent to boot. For some reason people think Jared was talking over everyone when really hes just a very outgoing guy and hes funny! He makes these panels great. I mean they all do! But not only that, when the others dont say anything, Jared will jump in and answer the questions first. I dont see that as taking over at all! We all have our own opinion and see things differently, but I think all four of those guys are fantastic and there is no reason to talk shit about any of them.

***** Yep and I think that during the first couple of seasons when it was just Jared and Jensen, Jared sort of got used to taking the lead and talking more because Jensen is much more reserved and shy, and Jared often had to sort of come to his rescue. And he still does it, too. I think it's kind of sweet actually.

This was a great panel. They don't HAVE to come out and answer all your questions. You pay a mere 20 dollars a seat and if you don't get in, it's streamed free. Please stop complaining guys.
