@@tenormadness60 In my opinion I believe actual flourishing is becoming a lost skill. It takes time, dedication, desire, a serious feel for tempo, back beat, counter point, and a feel for the melody linking to sides and bass. Plus practice practice practice practice. I've been playing tenor and bass since 1972 with a few different bands from Canada and the US. Sadly this may be my last season.
