Powerful teaching and golly gosh I am so thankful for your direct and needed straight talking, Ps. Paul. Sugar coating sin and trying to pussyfoot around it is no better than than sending a person headlong to hell. Thank you for presenting God's truth. Thank you for sharing this which is a sobering warning for us who walk in unbelief, fear and looking at our circumstances and listening to others instead of God! Oh this is so good. Thank you. You spoke to me with the comments on a faith based on circumstances. I used to be tossed to and fro wondering if this or that was from God and does he love me because this happened. Prosperity preachers love this as fuel for their heretical teachings. I recently lost my father and husband and uncle. My old self would have been mad at God or withdraw from him but rather these troubles drove me to go deeper into his word and prayer. God is good. Blessed be the Lord who gives and takes away. 💜

In verse 44:17, the Babylonian Queen of Heaven that they worship is Seriramis (wife of Nimrod). Looks like the Mary statue holding baby Jesus in the Catholic Churches.
