I loved this song so much when I was a little girl. And I still love it and always will. Love love.
OMG! I was in elementary school when this cool jam was playing over the air waves. Every Friday our 5th grade teacher used to let us bring our 45s rpm records and let us play our favorite songs during lunchtime 👍 I really miss this era when music had meaning, talent, and soul...
Plus you had a very rare teacher :)
Yep I had one she was definitely flower child from the sixties play songs from the 60's,70's & 80's but mostly 70's songs especially this one... those type teachers were a diamond in the rough they made learning cool and fun
This song will make you want to get up and dance. Beautiful ❤️🌹
Did you know? In 2013, their album Bellamy Brothers & Friends: Across the Sea landed at No. 5 in the Swiss music chart and took the top spot in album sales for weeks in Switzerland. Wow!! I love it.
Extraordinarily positive song. THIS is the sound of life.
Timeless classic that will never fade into history.

True Classics, never die!! If you haven't sung this song to your lady, you need to make it happen!! She doesn't care if you can sing or not, giving her a sincere moment, is the important thing!!

I grew up to this kind of music and dancing to them at socials and weddings. To the likes of Abba which never go out of style.
People are all loved in the 70's. Still listening under God's clear blue sky.
MY number 1 COUNTRY music song - Love the Bellamy Bros. and their music!! Listen to them every day! The music does bring me joy...........:)

The nostalgia is overwhelming. What a great song to line dance to!
Love this. Reminds me of my teens years when life wasn’t so complicated.
I sure do miss the 70s and 80s. The music today is not even the same. Sometimes I wish I could find a time machine and go back in time. Life was much easier and everyone enjoyed life! Is this your favorite song?
A popular song effortlessly over 7 minutes long without feeling stretched out or repetitive!! That is very rare even back then, virtually unheard of now!! 🎉
Just makes me want to say Thank you to the Bellamy's for taking us back in time
Gal you like them them

Cheryl K I was 9 as well. This was my mom’s favorite song in 1976. She passed away unexpectedly (killed by a drunk teen driver) the day after Thanksgiving the following year at the age of 34 years. I love the memories of her enjoying this song whenever it came on, on her car radio. I miss her so much.
I was 32...still love it @ 73...a few of the folks I loved it with are now gone ...and almost all the old haunts!
