Sacha Baron Cohen just isn't funny when he's scripted. And none of his other characters have been able to stand up to the high standard set by Ali G or Borat. The Dictator felt like an extended SNL sketch, not nearly as good as the old days of Da Ali G Show. It's a shame that Ali and Borat are too famous to walk among the people unrecognised.
