Especially performing there, it would be difficult even for a singer without some level of skill. The same was true for the performance at the opening ceremony of the Qatar World Cup. Jeon Jungkook is not a K-pop idol, but a world-class super pop star.

Who said this was on New Year's LMAO? That was on November 9th, 2023😭😂 All remaining BTS members, including JK, already joined the military in December 2023! This was a surprise performance that, as far as I can remember, was only announced an hour in advance! and so many armies still showed up!! filled the entire Times Square!

I love BTS and Jk is my ULT bias because of his live vocal and performance abilities and this live showcased that perfectly.

JK has an extraordinary voice, when he enters the stage he is sexy, intense and absolute. He has the characteristics of an artist that are not manufactured, he is born with them, JK is charismatic, he captivates his audience.
JK is a big JB fan. He has done a ton of covers of JB's covers, JK didn't sing the explicit version of "Seven" but the fans always do in a live audience. That wasn't New Years. It was Nov 9/23. He was in NYC doing other promotions (which were announced in advance) and then proceeded to Times Square to do this free concert with 30 minutes notice....and it was packed with ARMY. It's because it's an NBA thing and Yoongi became an NBA Ambassador right before the first show where ARMYs started doing that. They were congratulating him. Then it just became a joke because he was so confused and tickled by it.

This man's talent is INSANE. I could watch him all day. Golden is a masterpiece. And yes, "Yes or No" was co-written by Ed Sheeran. He wasn't the last to go into the military. Him, Jimin, Tae, and Namjoon all enlisted in December 2023 within a day of each other.
Jungkook is just amazingly good at everything he does. He puts his all into his performances and ensures we always get his 100% even through sickness and injuries. A man dedicated to his craft!
PS: Justin Bieber actually wished Jungkook happy birthday on Twitter a few years back. Jungkook loved JB as a kid and wanted to collab with him. Jungkook has already collaborated with Usher(JB's mentor) and The Kid Laori(JB's mentee). He has touched base with the JB camp. Maybe after he comes back from the military we will get a banger!!

Guys you have to see J hope's solo performance at Lollapalooza and Suga at some of the concerts he did before enlisting, then continue with RM's performance at the Rolling Hall concert hall and any of V's performances, all of the individual performances are amazing. 💜💜💜

This wasn’t on NYE though, Jung Kook enlisted in the military in December 2023. This was a pop up concert with only 30 minutes heads up, which makes it way more impressive.

The album dropped a few days prior I think and ARMY already knew all the words. This happened with DNA on ama's. The song dropped the night before and ARMY knew their parts! That's a great live to watch BTW. There is also behind the scenes video for that performance and SO many more.
Another thing BTS do is instead of going to event after parties, they go back to hotel and celebrate with ARMY on weverse. ( used to be Vlive.) They are hyped, drinking , and hilarious.
