I didn't know you can get engine guards like this for the Tracer! I'll definitely keep these in mind for my new Tracer. They look like they are already a part of the bike and so seamless 👌. Fingers crossed you won't have to test them out any time soon haha but it will be interesting to see how they hold up compared to Oggy knobs.

I agree, don't really like the overall bulk and look of the engine bar guards but I do want some type of protection especially for the engine area. I'll go with these for now but I still may order Puig/Givi frame sliders in the future for added protection..
So, without these and the bike falling over there is potential the engine case gets cracked. If it falls over with these on, it's protected because the underside of these are rubber. If the bike goes down at speed....I will just want to get away from it fast and hope it tumbles far..far away :-)
After your video on the Tracer I went out and looked at my local dealers 2021 that they haven't been able to sell. I could not get past the dash board display. Too hard for me to see in the sunlight.

I had them on my FJ09 and they did a good job. The bike only fell over on its own twice and they protected the engine both time.

Haha, oh it is still an amazing bike. I had mine 3 years and put 47K on it ... hell of a bike.

There are tons of aftermarket stuff for these bikes so - it's easy to find stuff that meets your wants
I put GIVI crash bars on my FZ-07 .. they came from Italy and they are for a 700 Tracer .. should make a good place to mount auxiliary lights..
Yeah, I thought about that ... but think I want to get front mounted lights and a light bar.

I'm not a fan of the 2021-2022 dashes ... The 2019 has the same dash as the R1 which does a pretty good job
Anti-glare tape is an easy fix.
The real question is how in the heck do you take it off?! The two little screws on mine just free spin
