Next time I have a miss at the range, I'm going to laugh and claim a dancing pink elephant got into my head and it's your fault. Love the videos and insight, you have greatly improved my weekend hobby level shooting. Much love from America

Thank you for all your time and effort you put into these vidios also field sport & gamebore .I started shooting after retirement (70) for first time , I am a member of a small clay club local to me , after watching these vidios I replicate at my next outing and I am improving slowly to my own satisfaction. Ps I shoot gamebore also.

Staging, staging, staging.. I compete in IDPA and one thing helped me over the years of competition is to stage your run. I take a minute and visualize myself running the stage and plan my run accordingly, where to stop, when to reload, angle to tackle the targets array, etc.. It is easier to do what you already know what to do.. Recently I am spending more time at the sporting clay range and I am using the same technique to stage my pairs.. In sporting clay we can do that type of planning, but there is a small club where I shoot 5 stand and they change the routine every week and no staging throws are allowed. I love the challenge as you have to stage or try to stage the throws from watching other shooters on their stations.. it keeps your mind sharp, it is similar to laying cards where you have to memorize what cards have been already thrown on the table and what is left to deal with.. Too bad when I started enjoying the clay games, ammo prices are shooting up the roof and limiting my playing time..

Hi Ben, first of all, thank you for taking the time to make these videos and by the way Awesome job ;o) It's been 8 years since I last shot and i have many voices on my shoulder but listening to what you have just explained and how to execute may just have saved me a lot of time wasted doing the same old routine of grabbing the gun and hoping i will do better today. now i have a footing to start to build on. Once again thank you for your time and knowledge, Ben.

"method" can be 1 of the 3 points of focus in the pre-shot routine. What are the possible methods that could be applied to the shot?
