India did not grant rcognition to Tibetan govt. In exile. India received 11:10 a bleedind 11:14 nose in 1962 by China though many westerns counties and America wanted to help resistance Khampas Tibetan s through India but india refused to extend any help to Khampas, the indian politician's again failed to appreciate for th coming danger on its Northern borders NOT only this India accepted gleefully one China policy , Tibet as part of china even Nationalist BJP prime minister ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE WENT TO CHINA IN 2003 AND DECLARED TIBAT PART OF CHINA
