Sandy Scordo is one of the best kata athletes in the world and she is also a very nice person (I had the pleasure of meeting her). So I am not trying to belittle her but in the second video here, she loses her balance. Watch the few seconds after 2:50. These things can happen even to the best. My point is, I wouldn't include this second kata here if I were you.

Kata dalam karate banyak sekali jumlah nya baik kata panjang mau pun kata pendek. Tiap tiap Perguruan dan aliran karate mempraktekan kata kata karate yang dianggap penting dan menjadi ciri dari tiap tiap aliran karate. Berlatih kata karate akan membuat fisik dan mental kita kuat. Ada kepuasan tersendiri jika kita menguasai kata karate. Salam karate.
