I'll be turning 51 this year...the older I get the more intriguing these peddle assist bikes get! This thing looks good! Thanks for sharing...stay safe out there!!😎👍🤙👍🤙🇨🇦
Everyone we saw on the beach with them was our age or older. It’s really nice
@@UncleBogatorI spoke to a guy on Daytona Beach and he recommended it
fun and informative. its nice to see something different once in a while. Thanks
I'm thinking about one of these so I can go trail riding. My first ebike is an Aventon Aventure, but I can't fit it in the back of my car and that restricts me to riding it around the city where I live. Something like this would be better for carrying around because it can fold up and fit in the back seat of my car. It also has more power than my Aventon Aventure or any other folding bike its size, which is a plus. I enjoy having a speedy bike.
I can see how e-bikes like these are getting popular. In my area I see some kids have an electric bicycle but also adults and the somewhat older and older folks tend to have the slightly taller one like a normal bicycle here. But also a LOT have the normal bicycles since i'm based in The Netherlands which is big on bicycling from a young age to school all the way up till elder.
Always makes me smile a bit. Like I wonder if they ever rode a motorcycle and stopped doing so and this is their replacement and vehicle of choice to get to places and do sightseeing or just go out on a loop.
I think it's a fin secondary option. I enjoy the little ebikes recently.
Thanks for the assembly instructions. I'll be putting mine together soon. You said it has puncture resistant tires, I haven't heard that expression used before. Does that mean it has something similar to the Tanus Armor foam inserts inside of the tires?
I don’t remember the source now but that terminology is somewhere in their literature. Either in the manual, on the product site, or in their introductory email about the bike.
So this was a helpful vid regarding RISK MANAGEMENT. The mounting of the steering post to the bike is very inferior, and this may be true across the industry for these type posts. I am considering a Vitalan but no torque-sensor YET, and now I see this new risk. All the stress and torque transients moving through that connection, over time, scares me. Maybe the thin tube itself would split from fatique. Planes crack from fatigue. I'll be looking and asking around for 2nd opinions... Next, if the brakes are still 160mm, OMG these engineers and managers just can't improve for a buck or two? Pathetic. But a torque-sensor (is it now standard for Engwe Pro 2.0 or am I thinking of another brand?) is a big improvement. And I'm wondering if the hinge should be on the same side as the derailier - when you set the bike weight on the derailer guard, this is about 85 pounds. If you set the bike down on the front wheel, then the 85 goes on the axle nut? or not?... I guess a cardboard box is needed to be crushed under the folded bike. Any reprimands are welcome, I hope to be corrected.
Very cool
E-bike content is kind of hot out there right now :)
I heard. I had no idea it was big right now until after I made these
The Chao Yang tires made me laugh my ass off...
Everyone has shown the unboxing. What are you referring to?
That’s great Milton. There’s nothing of value in your comment.
@@UncleBogator My thoughts on your review as well
@@milton1448 you cared enough to comment. lol
I was skeptical, but THIS changed my mind.
Can it be unlocked to go 28 mph without pedalling ?
Not sure. Probably a video out there on that somewhere. I’m new to e-bikes
You can do a lot on Ebikes.. There are youtubers like London Hustle, London Eats etc.., that do like doordash and uber eats over there for hours and hours on them and apparently make a decent living.
This is my first experience with one and I’m impressed. Can get a little workout, a lot or none at all
@UncleBogator hell yea man, even if you're doing the max assist, as long as your pedaling at all is a workout.
Same frame as previous models so will probably snap
Plus how many miles have you done prior to review
0 miles. You saw my first ever ride here. I have seen some of the snapped frame pics out there. Not familiar though
Oh snap
Hey I was just in your neck of the woods
Right on cheers!
Looks decent. Still too expensive for my broke ass.
Guess I'll wait for some motorcycle content this Bites the wing wang I'm out.
Boo hoo
I'd cry to if e bikes is my future. Yuck
@@loricksix you are the one crying my man. There are millions of motorcycle videos on UA-cam. No need to wait for it.
I like your channel but this not so much.
@@loricksix then click off and watch something different. No need to complain about the video. Or make something better that everyone on earth will love.
