What kinda of cement n how much water to make into wet cement

1 part portland cement, 3 parts sand. Add water to make mixture stick together. Too much water and it gets hard to elongate the shape after mixture is put in stocking.

Do you leave the pantry hose on?

​You can leave pantyhose (nylon) on after the cement mixture dries.
She put a piece of metal into the side of the nylon (before the mixture had dried) so she could add a beak later.
