I've had 3 spawn so far and I lost them all. Instant flee after golden razz and excellent throw...
I have yet to see one, so that worse, at least you have a 1% chance of catching it

Actually, the best I got for a daily session was an Alakazam, a Charizard and a Drapion. It was kinda sick, but I would rathar had a galarian bird

Yeah. A Galarian Articuno spawned once. It broke out and fled after the ball shook twice. I got my hopes up only to be disappointed, and no more Galarian birds spawned afterwards
@@adyan4010 I'm not calling you a liar, but are you sure it was without an incense? I'd be really interested to know if they can be wild spawns. I haven't heard any reports yet, but if so, looks like that must be a really rare occurrence!

Yesterday was a great day for me! I finally encountered one of the galarian birds (zapdos) and I freaking caught it! I was losing my mind! And then later I got a weather booster hundo palkia! Super luck for me!

Me and my friend have been using the incense everyday but have only decided to use it when psychic, dark, fighting, or flying types are boosted so we have a higher chance of catching the birds. We have also encountered all the birds but they all fled.
It's honestly the worst mechanic Niantic has ever introduced. It's bad enough they never show up, but to give them a 1% catch rate and a 90% chance to run PER TURN? It's beyond incompetent, beyond inept.
It’s because during weather hours their cp is also boosted with the spawn rate, so you have to choose between harder to catch but a little easier to find, or harder to find but maybe easier to catch

I have some advice that could be useful for all of u : walk rapidly on a straight path all the encens time ur spawns can go up to 30

i got 28 spawns while walking comfortably fast. you dont have to go that fast to get lots of spawns. Somewhere between a brisk walk and a power walk works for me. A casual stroll is more around 22 spawns for me.

The one thing I've noticed from this incense is the bulk of the spawns seem to have a potential shiny available. Obviously that will be affected by events, but still cool.
I've used this daily insence since it debuted. No shinies, no Galaran Legendary Birds. Rarest spawns were at best I got were Gabite, Gengar, the Litwick evolution line and a Phantump. Ive ranged from 15 to 25 catches.

I once caught a low-CP Rhyperior from the incense. Also some other interesting spawns like Forretress, 2k+ CP Flareon, Gengar, Armaldo. It's a shame I can't go outside cause I have COVID, but I can't wait to use another one of those in a few days when I'm oficially healthy

The rarity + low catch rate basically means you’ll almost never get a good one or the candy to power it up. Not a great feeling
Honestly it's frustrating that they don't spawn much at all and that the catch rate is really low, but I kind of like it because they're making few legendaries actually really rare

On my like 15th day I saw Zapdos and moltres for the first time. Zapdos was a nice 3100 cp but of course they both ran

I've been using the Daily Incense since they released, on day 2 I had an encounter with Galarian Moltres, it broke out and fled immediately and I haven't found any of the other Galarian Legendary Birds since or any shinies at all.
I haven’t seen a fking legendary bird. Done every single incense caught over 20 each time. Such a fun feature tho and actually motivates people to go walk. Also makes it something super rare cuz p2w and sweats can’t get it right away. Love it.
I haven’t missed a single day of the adventure incense and I have still yet to meet one of the legendary galarian birds so I’m right there with ya 😝

I have to say the new Incense motivated me to play more than any of the latest updates. I love how rare the birds are, and even how low the catchrate is. getting shinies in this game isnt special anymore, but this is something you can grind towards, even if its just for 15min per day

Zapdos spawned for me but when I tapped it it de spawned I damn near screamed in anguish but than I realized it was 5ish in the morning so I put my head down finished the incense and went to work

I haven’t seen a rare bird yet. I did get a phantom. My eggs hatching interrupts my catches. Tried walking in the woods and got attacked by deer flies. Only caught 11 while fighting them off. Memorable experience, not good but definitely memorable

I got an Aerodactyl yesterday & a Staravia today. Riding the bus works great too. I got 24 spawns last week while riding the bus.

I am 1 for 13 when it comes to encountering the Birds….ONE for THIRTEEN! That’s over 3 hours of incenses with one Bird spawn…
I’ve only seen 2, but not in like 2-ish months.
Its better than what I had, today the lure didn't spawn anything for the first 10 min, but i was able to catch 5 of the common spawns so yay!

Dont get your hopes for the birds…..catch rate is abysmal. Encountered zapados finally. Excellent curve ultra ball with the golden razz….Pokémon still flees 😭

Please do more daily insense. Don’t stop. Haha. What a pain though. I do the blue Insense everyday since it came out. I saw one single Galarian Articuno and didn’t catch it.
from my experience you should use your incense at 7-8 o clock and have your buddy at full happiness i have gotten 3 galarian bird encounters in i think 5 days of incense and caught one hope this helps

My cousin found one and he panicked and forgot to use his ultra ball and golden berry, he was so excited he just through a normal ball and it fled, he quit.

Use Yellow ball, golden raspberry, whatever... you still only get 1 shot and it runs

Besides speed, what matters is going in a straight line, for similar reason: greater change in position per GPS. I've gotten 26 walking relatively fast but in a straight line.
It very much is account depended if you get galarian birds. I walk together with a friend of mine he had 3 bird spawns so far while I still have 0. All his birds fled after the first ball to.
I've seen G Moltres three times in the last three days with three golden razzs, three great throws, all fled. Love life. It's fantastic

I've encountered each of the bird legendaries once each. I've been doing the incense every day since it released. They've all fled as well.
i only recently reinstalled pokemon go and ive been using the daily incense every day. a week in i got a galarian articuno using an ultra ball and golden rasp. it didnt even shake twice before it was captured :D

I stopped few days ago I just get common spawns more often and I work out doors so a normal incense seems better 15 mins does not.bring good odds to a new encounter plus mystic had a og dex so it's worse your just so positive my guy

Found a Galarian Moltres on my 7th day didn’t realise though because I was looking at an insect off the side of the path.
When I looked back I spotted it but by that time it had fled, I didn’t even get to attempt catching it. 😞
I figured out biking is the best way to get max spawns with a daily incense but it’s harder to stop, catch, repeat so if someone were to have a hover board or sum kind of handless wheels like a skateboard it would be 100% best option
I had a galarian moltres spawn on Day 3. Freaked out about it, pulled the car off the road, took about 6 screen shots..... and it despawned before I ever threw a ball. I was so sad...😔
I was excited to get a Seel. I began playing again back in April, and I haven't seen a Seel, Pidgey, or Spearow. I need those to finish my Kanto dex

I encountered the galarian birds but couldn’t catch them. If you see that glowing orb thing, like what you see when there’s barely any connection, in the wild, when I pressed that, IT WAS GALARIAN ARCTICUNO

I was a passenger heading somewhere far and I tested if you can get spawns from any speed. I was atleast going 60mph and pokemon were still spawning (incense only). I got a gyados and a ZAPDOS with one incense.
My best daily adventure apawn was a zweilous. I've used it every day but one. At least in terms of rarity. It was less than 200 cp
Ive only seen the birds one day when I got moltres and articuno almost back to back but didn't catch either, other than that i did find a shiny driftloon which was a cool spawn
I'm new, and didn't know how rare it was to get one, and how crazy strong the daily incense is (I thought it was just free regular incense)
Was just walking around 2 days ago and Got a 96% Gal. Articuno on my second throw using a silver pinap.
Had no idea how rare that was until now
I caught the galarian moltres on first attempt with ultra ball and golden raz. And it was only a nice throw too lol. I think the secret was taking the local bus to go to my job. Bus took 20 minutes to get to my job and so I activated my incense...and on the 14th minute it spawned.
Saw my second galarian bird today, and caught it! Zapdos may have run on day 3 of the incense, but Articuno is mine.
I’ve seen 3 Legendary Birds so far (All flew), a Shiny Charizard, Blastoise, Mamoswine, Abomasnow… the trick is to not repeat the same route u’ve used before, and then u’ll get new spawns and hopefully the right birds!!

Electric skateboard would be the best mobility I think, you can still use both hands still when playing just watch out. Anyway I had a Galarian Zaptos spawn but it got away. Besides that pokemon my best finds would be Flygon (didn't have one) and Gabite

I got a shiny yungoos and a shiny hoppip yesterday. But both weren't from the incense but that's fine
You get more by driving which is funny because they give you a driving notification message lol
Havent missed a day. Havent seen a galarian bird. Havent had less than 26 catches.. biking seems to allow me to get the speed to get the maximum spawns as i am a person of size. Quick catch works most of the time. Half tempted to give up the daily incense grind and juat do the biking without pokemon distracting
Got a Galarian bird with my very first adventure incense. Botched my pokeball throw and it ran away from me. Haven't seen any more birds since. My tears grow stronger every day.
Daily incense spawns quality can be measured by Lilipup’s Indicator. It counts how many Lilipups are spawned during single session. The higher the obtained number is the lower the quality of Daily Incense spawns. My measurement for today is 4 Lilipups.
I've had a similar experience, except I haven't even caught a shiny.
I got 1 bird yesterday, and 1 today. I open the incense at 00:00AM and walk in a rural straight place so I get no spawns but the incense ones, I don't use a car but I run.
So I burn calories, and get birds. and no caught none of them but I do have proof I encountered them from my pokedex and a screen recording so.
*me who found a galarian zapdos using the daily incense but then it instantly ran away leaving me with another scar of depression*
I've seen the birds more often either really early, 5am, or late, 7pm.
I caught the moltres today! I had a whole freak session when I saw is, I clicked on a spoink and saw the pink loading in, I freaked and went ‘IS THAT MOLTRES?!’ It was, lol.
It would be cool if they guarantee a regional pokemon in the first 10 spawns of the incense. That way if you're traveling, the incense can guarantee the spawn in another country
I got the articuno.. after seeing how hard it was. Ivs aren't great but it's awesome. Missed it the first time I saw it, and it's the only type I've seen so far
First time I ever used the daily incense, I went into my pokemon menu for a few minutes and when I left it, I was just in time to see an Articuno fade away.
I have seen 4 lege birds and catched one of them as well. Most spawns I have got have been 25 by walking. Keep on going, your lege bird will show up eventually.
Two Lapras were my best spawns so far from the daily Incense... One caught and the other ran away... No legendary birds...

Am I right that walking in a straight line is the best way to tell that game that you are moving fast/far? I heard if you walk in a small area, circles, corners, etc, the game might not register all your steps since the GPS just checks your location at intervals and draws a straight line between your previous and current locations.
